We took our son here to purchase his first mountain bike. From the very beginning Dan was super friendly and patient. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us get everything we’d need from bike to helmet to accessories. The service here is exceptional!

Amazing bike shop with wonderful manager! Definitely a good stop for touring cyclist. I stopped there to get a new tire while doing cross Canada. The owner is very honest and helpful. You’re in good hands!

Great first visit today. I picked up a bike rack which the owner kindly installed for me. I also picked up a helmet and other accessories. This store is beautiful and seems to have everything you would need. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I found all the staff we had contact with at CyclePath to be helpful and knowledgeable. CyclePath had a good selection of bikes for us to consider. In particular we appreciated the assistance we received from Dan, the Sales Manager. Dan took time to listen carefully to our plans and interests in cycling. From his wealth of knowledge and experience he suggested specific products to match our needs. We were provided opportunity to test ride several makes and models of e-bikes that would best match our riding goals. The staff were patient and relaxed as we returned several times to test ride other products before making our final decision. We appreciated Dan's clear focus on making sure the bikes we chose would be the best match for us. In purchasing new bikes we wanted to shop locally to support a local business. Our shopping at CyclePath exceeded our expectations and was an excellent experience We highly recommend Cyclepath to others looking for bicycles and other cycling supplies.

Cyclepath really lives up to its immaculate track of 5-star reviews. Justin from the shop helped me resolve my spoke, brake, and chain issues when I was desperately in need of help on my cross-Canada bike trip in less than an hour. Justin also went above and beyond in offering the possibility that I call the shop later on if other issues arise during the trip, which was absolutely incredible. Other staff members in Cyclepath were welcoming, knowledgeable, and very approachable. I'm very grateful for all the support and kindness!

I purchased an e-bike from Cycle Path at the leisure show in the Hat. When I asked Dan if it was available in a different style, he attempted to find one closer to my specs. Eventually, I returned the (new, unridden) original bike, in exchange for a different bike in the style that I wanted. Dan went out of his way to make sure I was pleased with my purchase. Excellent experience!
