Vision Center At Walmart

Frames are ok, but the lense are beyond horrible... very poor quality... all I can see is my cheek bones and the lights in the house I see 3 instead of 1 light.. I have anti scratch coating on them.. if I'm on the computer all I see is my reflection of my eyes etc..

Brilliant help. Doctor Hudson is a generous, wonderful and kind woman with a heart of gold. Tiffany and Jennie who with there were very professional. Tiffany helped with getting my paperwork and Doctor Hudson checked my vision. All set for a new pair of glasses and it cost me next to nothing because I only ever choose the $18 frames. No taxes on prescriptions either! Wonderful staff, pleasant company. If only everyone was as nice and sweet as Doctor Hudson! She's an absolute darling!!!!!!!

In all my years of wearing glasses, this purchase was delightful. Jennie was just so pleasant, as were all the staff I came into contact with. With regards to customer service, I could not ask for any better. Thanks.

Spoke with this vision center twice following our daughter's laser eye surgery to arrange a follow up appt since she is a university student and unable to follow up with the surgeon at home. Appointment arranged no problem, until our daughter shows up today and the optometrist says she won't touch her following laser eye surgery and she doesn't have enough eye history despite my daughter attending with documentation from the surgeon. Optometrist also said the receptionist should not have booked this appt without checking and knowing the optometrist would see her. Total waste of time and unprofessional especially when laser eye patients are on a tight follow-up schedule. Thankfully when we contacted the Sudbury Family Vision Centre they were very receptive to contacting the surgeons office for information needed and arranged an appointment. If you are a laser eye follow up appointment, don't book an appt at this Walmart!
