I always enjoy going to McDonald's, all those the orders get messed up sometimes it's bound to happen in a large chain of fast food restaurants. I do enjoy the food and the experience.

Food was cold. Fries had so much salt they could not be eaten. I am pretty sure the fry station had not been wiped down all day. Update. Food tonight was fresh and hot. Service was fast, but not overly friendly. I don't think the crew member wanted to be there.

Unfortunately, the food could definitely be better at this location. Ex: when I order a BigMac, I must tell them to add extra Mac sauce, just so the burger tastes like a normal BigMac. Also, I've ordered extras, paid for them but never received them. So when I go here, I have to pull over & literally check everything to make sure that I got what I paid for. THIS is Not Right! THEY SHOULD KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB!!

Once again mcdonalds has failed me. When asking for no salt on my fries, that now starts a 2 min timer, 3 to be fair. In that time my drink comes first and then the burger is ready, fries are done and out the door I should go. NOT the case here. The front counter person was all over the place. And then when a fellow friend and food delivery fella comes in she wants to chit chat!!.Not on my time. I DONT recommend this mcdonalds ever!!

Slow beyond belief. I don't know if this is due to not having enough staff (and if so, I feel sorry for the employees that work there), or something else, but the service and wait times here are absolutely ridiculous, on a regular basis too. A store with a menu a fraction of the size of a normal McDonald's should not have you waiting 20 minutes from speaker to getting your food. They put a ton of money into revamping the store when that money should have gone towards hiring more people or retraining the current staff and fixing other problems. If I was the owner/operator I would be ashamed to say I ran this store.
