Without fail, this location always manages to make a mistake on my order. More times than not, it's wrong.EDIT: and again this location strikes again. Is it too hard to read the words on the receipt and then doubt check the bag to make sure it's got everything? Who's in charge at this location, cause they need to be fired. This is the world location I have ever used.

Every time we go through drive through they get the order wrong or it’s missing things and the service to either fix or get my full order would be rude or snappy. Rookies work here for sure

Terrible! Worst McDonald's in St.Albert, even the Walmart one next to it is better lol. Was terrible the last time I went 4 or 5yrs ago and still terrible today. Went through the drive through around midnight and the guy taking the order seemed clueless, didn't ask for my rewards, got the order wrong, was rude all around bad. Food was nasty! Found a bug in my cold fries and the jr chicken had a tomato on it for some reason unknown....

Ordered skip and got donuts, but noticed after a bite of my donut,I was caught off guard by the taste. I smelled and opened it to then find out it was filled with mold. This McDonald’s could’ve poisoned me, due to the fact they had no intention to check any date before selling anyone this… is Disgusting.

Changing my review I went yesterday and my junior chicken was cold and I added a bunch of extras so it was like a five dollar Junior chicken that I just threw out but today I went there and their kitchen was closed and they gave me a free coffee when I literally just went to the other McDonald’s and their kitchen was closed and they basically just told me to go away lmao this location depending on who’s working it makes a difference everyone I’ve encountered at this location is really nice but the only thing that might need work is making the food fresh sometimes depending on who’s working you can ask if they can make it fresh that way there’s no possibility to get it not fresh so yeah I’m going to say 4.5 out of five stars very nice would go again

Set Your Expectations LOW.I ordered a regular size skor McFlurry, and a small store McFlurry with a pump of caramel.Not only did my order come out both small, the first one was made as a caramel popcorn McFlurry (gross), but the skor McFlurry didn't have caramel.The 'icing on the cake' was the fact that I paid for my 7.33 in change (3 toonies, 1 loonies, 3 dimes and 1 nickle), and the girl at the till STARED at me completely dumbstruck, looked at the change, held it out to me and said how much is all this?".Sad state of affairs..."

I ordered a big Mac, quarter pounder, double cheese burger, cheese burger? 2 large fries and 2 mcflurry's. They stuffed all the hot food into one small bag and handed it to me at the window. I do not understand why every time I ask for a Sausage McMuffin, it's entered as Sausage Egg McMuffin??? It's at all placed I go. People don't listen nowadays. So simple but difficult to accomplish. Then they get annoyed, like I inconvenienced them. Thanks for not listening to your customers. No wonders orders are constantly wrong. Sad, such an easy job turn out to be so difficult for them.

More worried about “times” than customer service in the drive though.2 cars pushed though to the waiting spotsI get up to the window handed my coffees and then I’m told to go pull around. I pull ahead and there’s still 2 cars.Before those 2 cars even move they told the person behind me to pull ahead too as they were just getting the food to the first 2 cars.Something should be looked at. This should be looked at.2 problems within 24h at this location.Yesterday at supper time I had to go in for a refund cause they charged me for 2 6 nugget meals when all I wanted was kids happy meals. Couldn’t see the debit machine screen as to the way it was being held and guess what… I had to pull a head for that too.On a 5 star note Sharon is amazing as always!
