Scott was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and thorough in the inspection of the property we were purchasing. Compared to other home inspection reports I've seen, his was exceptionally detailed and helpful. Scott was available to answer question during and after the inspection. He was not afraid to get into the scary, dark crawl space that was partially flooded in order to do the full inspection. He was patient and answered all of our questions. And was really nice and fun to work with! Will certainly work with Scott if/when we purchase in the area again.

Cannot recommend Scott enough. He performed a home inspection for us in early 2020; we had a follow-up question on a few items and Scott came out to discuss with us in person. Scott is the consummate professional. He inspected my primary residence and a rental property, showing a deep familiarity with all the systems. He gave straightforward, practical assessments. He was especially helpful in pointing out how I could save money by doing simple jobs myself, even recommending materials. At the same time, he had a list of high quality contractors for any job. His prices are reasonable, and he's on time and thorough. A nice guy in the bargain. You couldn't ask for a better inspector. Definitely go with Scott!

Scott helped save the day! When my original inspector had to cancel due to COVID, Scott was recommended and he stepped right in to help me out. He was responsive to my phone call and text messages and was very thorough as he reviewed what needed to be updated to meet code and safety requirements for a home I was purchasing. Scott was great. During the inspection, he was very thorough. We received his complete report very soon after the inspection and it was incredibly descriptive and helpful. He also was flexible in working with us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to another homebuyer.

With the market being what it is, we knew that we would need to waive the inspection to get a house, but were really nervous about it. I booked an inspection with Scott for the day after closing with the goal of Scott letting us know what to fix and how to prioritize items. Scott was so incredibly helpful. He walked through everything with me and explained how I could DIY items and which items I should hire a professional for. Home inspections can be scary, but Scott made it relatively painless and helped us plan. If we stay in the house long-term, I almost think we should just hire him every 10 years or so to let us know how we're doing caring for the house. Soooo helpful!
