Skedaddle was incredible! We had a raccoon with babies and they provided us a solution that fit our budget. They also educated us on prevention for the future. During the tail end of winter, we noticed disturbances in our backyard and then in our basement. We concluded mice were a problem; when they seemed to have “gone away”, we got very concerned because the disturbances continued and accelerated… calling Skedaddle was our best next step. It was refreshing to hear that the stigma about residential rodent problems needs to be highlighted and conversations about this pest must be normalized. Skedaddle removed Squirrels from my attic. They have done this job quickly (from the initial phone in 3 days) and efficiently. They also installed barriers to prevent further visits" from them in the future. It was not cheap

The person on the phone was very helpful and they explained what to expect during the appointment. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. Curtis phoned 15 minutes before his arrival time. He was a wealth of information, he was very knowledgeable and he explained my options in great detail. I was extremely satisfied with the customer service. Curtis went above and beyond, he even helped me carry my Christmas Tree upstairs. If you require a pest control service, this is definitely the company to call, you will be happy that you did.

Curtis just left my home in west end Ottawa. I was so pleased with the service he provided. More than anything, I just needed information. First of all he was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained the various options and solutions available to me, and at no time did he pressure me into signing up for a service. We recently had a bird trapped in our dryer vent. We live in Ottawa. After it was removed we decided that we should get all our vents inspected and to add additional screens over all of them to keep birds and other critters outside.We contacted Humane Animal Control and got an estimate done by Charlie; he was very thorough and professional.The work was done yesterday by Drew and Ben. They were great representatives of the company and did very professional work while also being great guys to have at our home. We would definitely recommend them to any of our family and friends.

My daughter had problems with birds getting into exhaust duct on her house. The first gentleman came but did not resolve issue, however, She called back 3weeks later and they returned the next day. This young gentleman Myo Min was his name, was very efficient compared to the first gentleman and resolved our bird issue in the house exhaust duct. Thank you Myo for getting into the hot attic and spending the time to find the problem.Cheers

Great service. Our technician Tom was amazing. Very knowledgeable and so pleasant. Answered all our questions. Very professional. Charlie who did the initial assessment was also wonderful. Highly recommend this company. They make a horrible situation much better.

Services are a little bit more expensive than other companies. However they work differently and really put in the effort to make your house rodent-proofed. Very professionaland punctual. Time will tell if their solution is effective but they do have a lifetime warranty on their work.
