We rented a home in Canmore and we were quite pleased. The home was lovely and as described. Clean, spacious and stocked with the essentials. The pre-arrival communication as well as the call while we were there just “ checking in” were helpful and nice. We would use this company again in a second.

We travelled 3000 miles to a nice Resort and to see the Mountains and this was our view. Absolutely disgusting. At no time did they mention we would he looking at a brick wall!#!We also weren't advised of directions to our room or a map of the Resort. Nothing. No welcome from the owner like we have had on other properties. Then, the third day after biking 55 km we come back and the key code stopped working. Both Property Managers were not to he found anywhere.nthe Owner wasn't available either. The Customer service girl tried to get a hold of anyone to no avail. We sat in a dark hot dirty hallway for an hour before the building used an emergency way to get in. We spent a lot of money here. Such a hug disappointment

We are owners of a vacation property in Canmore and can not say enough about the pleasant and helpful staff at Rockies Rentals! We found ourselves caught in a bind when our regular cleaning staff did not prepare our unit for guests arriving on a Sunday evening.Rockies not only supplied linens for us, but they helped to clean the unit, made beds and even offered to delivery flowers to our guests as an apology for the delayed check in!Outstanding service that went above and beyond with a smile. I absolutely would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

We rented the sunshine retreat for an extended family ski weekend. We absolutely loved it, there was room and then some for all of us, plus all of the extra stuff needed with young kids. Beautiful mountain views too. The management was great to deal with too. Absolutely recommend!

Please read the whole review, I will update once the refund has been posted but for now this is my experience:Checked in for 10 day stay on 18th May, unfortunately upon checkin we noticed a number of issues from a poorly cleaned unhygienic apartment, to missing light bulbs, 1 fan for a party of 4, ice maker turned off, second bathroom toilet not flushing the list goes on.I contacted the company immediately via email and had no response, I contacted them again on the 19th via email again no response, I then went to their office in person on the 19th to collect the park pass and bear spray as part of our accommodation and to talk about the issues experienced (no one was at the office).After multiple failed attempts I tried calling, I called the numbers listed 4x and still no response. On the 20th I send a detailed email with all the issues outlined, including two major noise complaints from the night of check in (18th and 20th May).I was finally contacted after I sent the email, and I thought what was a nice conversation with a nice employee would lead to a resolution.Well it’s now 10th June and I’m having another employee passive aggressively email me telling me the partial refund has been processed, I’m sorry why the heck has it taken so long to hear anything from anyone?Update: However now 10:23am I have received a nasty response to my follow up email asking them to be accountable. If you counter this company at all or point out major passive aggressive behaviour they will personally rip you to shreds.Mind you I had to buy my own parks pass and part of the refund is giving me the money spent back, I left the parks pass with them (technically my property until reimbursement is paid) and it takes this long to have a refund confirmed (oh and my bank knows nothing about this and Rockies aren’t providing proof outside of their word on an email).Anyway summing it up, I was holding off on writing anything as my conversation with Charla originally was kind and compassionate however Darae and now Charla both have been nothing but unkind, un-compassionate and had the audacity to tell me they “covered the cost of the cleaners returning” like I’m sorry but what?! At any point why would I have been expected to pay the cleaners fee, that is ludicrous. You the rental company left it in an unclean state, that is not my responsibility.At the end of the day I requested a partial refund for the hassle during my stay, I started at 10-15% as this was only fair, I expected to have something slightly more to indicate they acknowledged our poorly stay on the 18th, 19th and 20th May but have been met with the lowest possibly amount back and in all communication since been told it was quite “the 1 night” of inconvenience.Please consider before using the service for your holiday, as those first 3 days out of our 10 day stay were anything but relaxing.Update 11:20am I am now being relentless attacked by Rockies Rentals for speaking out. I still have not received the refund spoken of and am in floods of tears this morning. Ultimately this was our holiday and Darea and Charla have done nothing but ruin something that was meant to be special with their relentless bullying, gaslighting and ongoing emails:“A special thanks to Thomas for showing everyone at our office exactly who you are.We have received the Google Review, and will be responding. Our team absolutely did not deserve the way you spoke to them below, and certainly did not deserve Thomas’s 1-\Star Google Review.You keep telling us that you “weren’t nasty”, but that is exactly the word we would use to describe Thomas’s actions, and his Google review.Did you care at all about making Darea cry?Or me having to take care of that?Again, there was no attitude in our emails below. I believe that you were adding the “attitude”. “Thank you for showing everyone exactly what company they would be booking with, as mentioned please refrain from contacting me further unless to actually process the monies rightfully owed. I will be escalating further with my bank.

home was as described. On arrival we had a problem with the AC on the upper levels - one call to the Rockies Rentals office and a maintenance man was there within a few hours. Unfortunately, the problem couldn't be fixed (I guess it is an issue with homes built like this one) but he did offer some work-arounds" that helped. I would definitely rent from Rockies Rentals again - their staff is knowledgeable

Our group of 12 had an absolutely perfect stay at Summit Place Penthouse hosted by Rockies Rentals. The spacious, clean, and well-equipped accommodation comfortably accommodated all of us. The variety of board games provided endless entertainment for both kids and adults, while the two balconies offered breathtaking scenic mountain views. The seamless checkin and checkout process, along with the convenient location next to a grocery store, made our stay even more enjoyable. The host went above and beyond, providing essential amenities like laundry facilities, cooking utensils, and a range of spices and oil. The presence of two fully-equipped kitchens, each with a stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator, was an added convenience. Bathrooms were clean and stocked with toiletries. However, note that the property is near train tracks, and sensitive individuals may find the noise, especially near the hallway's sofa bed, bothersome. Despite this, our experience was fantastic. Highly recommended!

My family and I had a great experience visiting Canmore/Banff and staying in the Silvertip Escape townhome. The house was beautiful with more than enough space for all 8 of us. The kitchen was huge and the views were amazing. Would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely look to return again in the future. This is truly one of the most beautiful areas to visit.

Truly lovely home. Well cared for and was filled with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the pool table was a HUGE benefit in the quiet evenings when normally the teenagers would just turn on screens. We used the fireplace regularly. The hot tub was easy to reserve, was very well maintained, and felt great after skiing. Great nearby restaurants - our fav was Rocky Mountain Flatbread which was 4 minutes away. We would absolutely rent again if we’re back in Canmore.
