You'll get what you need in this store. No need to look for other place.I have my PR card photo done in this store. Extremely satisfied with the service and they're super nice to give me 2 extra copies of my photo for free due to my own mistake. I think the staff's name is Robby. (Sorry if I remembered it wrong.) He doesn't smile too much, but he is a super nice guy. :)Originally I was not happy with my look, because I looked not happy on the photo. Remembered, the requirement from the Immigration office is NO SMILING. So please listen to the staff. They know all the requirements from the immigration office.It was quick and professional. I went back 5 days later to print some extra photos because I accidentally wrote my name on both photos. And the same staff Robby (Hope it's correct.) printed me two extra photos for free. Thank you so much.

Very professional, efficient and inexpensive. They know all the various requirements for different passports. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and without an appointment.

I never write a review for any business on web and this is first time, I feel sorry for myself to taken picture in here, and I have to use for 10years, every time I open passport I have close my eyes don’t look my picture.

The service was quick as there were no people when we went to get our immigration related pics taken. The person who manages this place is very friendly..

Not satisfied with my photo, my face is crooked and looks weird. They only let you look at your photo for 0.1 second after it’s taken.

Victor was kind enough to help me out when I was really having trouble with my online PR update photos not reflecting due to an error.I was able to upload them successfully. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who has a similar problem or just wants to take normal photos.

We had a bad experience trying to get a photo of our infant baby at the London Drugs at Cambie and Broadway. The experience here was night and day! The staff was quick, friendly, and knew what they were doing. Would definitely recommend! Great customer service!

Good and quwik service. Expensive price. 28 dollars for baby photo.The owners comment below is false, it took a few seconds to take the photo as it would for an adult.
