Curtis made our phone upgrade a very painless experience. He has been in the industry for 20 years it shows. He did the math and gave us the best deal for our money. We also enjoyed his sense of humour.

Joe was very helpful - Thank you Joe, well done! However, trying to follow up about my new phone coming into the store is a different story. They never answer the phone at this location and their mailbox is full. Corporate customer service has chat only (wake up call - people still strongly prefer to talk to someone on the phone). And, customer service was not able to reach the store on my behalf. Terrible!

Amit was one of the most helpful Mobilist for me today. After unsuccessfully going through Vision Electronics I was unable to transfer my wife's phone plan to my Virgin phone plan. Amit got results and got it done at a very fair price. He truly went above and beyond with his service and I am forever grateful for his results. I highly recommend Amit to anyone looking for a new phone or new phone plan

The staff here are fantastic.I had an issue with my Calendar app - I'm not a tech guy.They happily fixed it for me within a couple minutes - saved me a lot of stress.

Leonard and Maruf were awesome! Excellent customer service, patient, friendly. professional with some humor. Got my phone fixed by these genius without paying a dim. Even got some free PC points. Will be referring and coming back soon!
