End Of The Roll Flooring Centres - Saskatoon

We had flooring installed about a week ago throughout our house and couldn't be more happier with it. We got a great deal on it and a big thank you to Robert for the installation. He is very patience and precise at what he does. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much.

Had carpet installed. we were not happy with the metal transition pieces, nor the transition of one roll of carpet to the next. as well some of the cuts against the wall left quite a gap. sent an email to the woman we were dealing with, no reply. sent a follow up email to her and a manager I believe (Rusty and Cole) and they both bounced back. odd since the first didn't bounce back. Not happy. horrible customer service.

The staff here are really knowledgeable and helpful. if you have flooring to install, I would make this a stop for sure.

I used End of the Roll to replace all the carpeting in my home after it was a rental for a couple years. I shopped around the price point of installers and suppliers in the city. End of the roll was the most fairly valued and explained each line item cost. We were able to preserve the carpet underlay and so the sales team notified me and I was able to save an additional 20% of the costs. I'm writing this because one of the installers caused some damage to some baseboards while removing the old carpet. I think a good business owns up to its mistakes and takes steps to rectify the issue. And thats what End of the Roll did. The sales team and even the owner called me to apologize and let me know the steps theyre taking to fix the mistake. They sent carpenters to replace the broken baseboards. Not only were they the best value, bust they provided outstanding quality of service.

When all you are is an insurance claim the level of service drops from being told that my old flooring was not an option due to cost and being pushed into a flooring option that was a 1/4 inch difference in height to not having the product ready for install to delay after delay to lies and then to top it off ask you to pay out of pocket for cost overages If your adjuster and contractor recommend these guys run and run far away. I am now in week 4 of what should have been a 6 business day process and still no end in sight I am disgusted with the lack of integrity and honesty with the person who was dealing with us!! Never in a million years would I set foot in this store nor recommend anyone to deal here

Oh boy, what a colossal mess. We dealt with a guy at End of the Roll. He didn't seem to know what he was doing, but we were in a rush and couldn't wait for Western Carpet to order. We picked out carpet that we were assured would fit our measurements. My husband pressed for a day and time for the installer, but boy that was hard to get. All kinds of vagueness and false promises. Then the day before the carpet was to be installed, this same guy phoned and said we needed more carpet for the job. So my husband went back and paid nearly $300 more. To shorten the chaos of this story, the guy forgot to charge us for tape, used the wrong tax rate on the added carpet, and so on. When the installers, who were great, finished they hadn't touched the extra roll of carpet so we insisted on a refund. My husband dealt with another confusing mix-up while he did that and we're still not sure we got a proper refund, but that's it, we're not going back there again. Ever.

I took sometime after my experience here before leaving a review . Giving this place even one star is too high a rating . But im hoping to save someone else the terrible experience i had dealing with this business and the man in charge not sure if he is the owner or manager of the store . I went in and bought some carpet and paid to have it installed . I was at my house at 9 am the day of installation and was told they would be there at 9 to measure . Once they didnt show up i called and was told that yes they would be there before 10 , then 10 came and went so i called back and was told that yes they had just cut the carpet and were on their way , which i thought odd as they had no measured yet. So i called back about 20 minutes later to talk to the guy that sold me my carpet and was told that their installer decided this job was not worth his time , at this point i asked for a refund . Once i went to the store for my refund , i asked it be put back on my card as this is how i paid . The owner or manager then refused this and said he would only pay by cheque and was extremely rude . This was probably the worst customer service i have ever received and after talking to other carpet places they were not surprised as they have heard of this mans behaviour from other people .

I went into End of the Roll looking for a small piece of vinyl roll end for our bathroom. The nice lady really tried to help me find what I was looking for. She asked another employee for his help. When he found out all I wanted was a small piece of vinyl he said they had nothing for me. We own several rental properties and are planning to do some flooring in some units. Well because he refused to even try to help me, we will be looking elsewhere. Very poor customer service.

I had a terrible Experience with End of the Roll!My floor was installed so poorly, filled with gaps and scratches.We bought expensive stair nosing for our stairs and the installer dida terrible job!!!He didn't know anything about the product he was installing! He set up a table saw on our house to cut the floor and made such a mess!This floor can be scored with a knife and snap in half, no table saw needed.on top of this he was extremely sick and shouldn't of been working. he disappeared the first day after a couple hours of work, resulting in my wife and i taking extra days off so he could finish.End of the rolls said they would replace the nosing and fix the gaps.When the new installer came to fix the floor and the stairs he came with a cheaper less expensive stair nosing (so they could recover some loss at our expense ) I just felt so ripped off!The installer looked at our floor and told us what an absolute terrible job that was done!This floor was installed in February and now I have more gaps opening up. Sure enough end of the roll is ignoring us!Thankfully my wife works at WMCZ layers in Saskatoon and will make moving forward with a lawsuit a lot easier !!

Very poor experience with End Of The Roll in Saskatoon. I used them to buy and install carpet in most of our house during a renovation. Their installer (Alex) did a terrible job. The carpet was not stretched properly so I asked for someone else to come and fix but the Manager at the time would only send Alex back to accommodate their billing. Since the carpet was still not stretched a new installer came a third time and while he did stretch the carpet he also damaged my baseboards in the process. Also since the re-stretch was done with the baseboards in it is not as good as it would have been done on the first time. Last time I allow anyone from End Of The Roll in our house.
