Westwinds Car Wash

Very bad customer service and even worse knowledge of there own supplies. I took my truck for a wash and decided to bring my floor mats from my family car with me. I had the floor mats in the back of my truck and as I was washing them with soap from the pressure washer, one of the staff memembers came rushing into the stall demanding I clean the bay when I was done. I was confused at first untill he started accusing me of washing paint in the bay. I proceeded to prove that it was only soap and not paint he still sat there and watched me wash my floor mats. I never ended up washi my my truck or the rest of my floor mats I just packed up and left. I will never return to this car wash again. Bays are gross machines are outdated and staff is incredibly rude.

This was a solid carwash, the problem was getting to it. I invested more time than I would have liked trying to find the entrance off a busy/ hectic street. Over all the payment was easy, the equipment was well maintained, prices were very reasonable. I find self-serve car washes way better than drive-thru, especially when trying to remove the silly amount of mosquitoes in my car grill.

It's a typical hand wash carwash. $2/2 mins. It's pricey compared to other places where $2 gets you 3mins and I don't line that you must enter a $2 to start

I use to use this car wash for my p/u truck, as it is higher than normal and I liked the Large vehicle wash bays. The last 2 times I have used this wash, the spray wands and their hoses have been covered in grease from large trucks using this wash-bay and the staff do not regularly check and clean the bays and the tools in the bays. The Floor mat holders were broken and did not hold the floor mats, the hoses leaked, the Wash Brush was worn out, the exit door did not open with the switch, the switch was broken and possible shorted out by the water, when I pushed up on the door to get out, it almost went out over the end of the tracks for the door.Then, they take 5 days to clear the hold on the credit card after being paid by the CC company within a day. Which is actually against the law, but they do not care about customer service

This is the worst coin car wash in the city. I've come back a few times just to be disappointed. Hardly any soap comes and my vehicle never comes clean. The doors won't close so the wind blows through and you get soap and water in your face. I want to be back.

One of the worst staff and customer experience at this place.I went and asked a guy with grey hair and moustache something about the car wash machine. He was extremely rude and said “CANT YOU READ ENGLISH!!?”. I shut the door and got ready to leave and he said “fuck off!!” While he could see my daughter in the car. Never going back.

Annoying setup. But great results! Got all them bugs off. Despite how slow I was, it still only cost me $11.

All systems of this car wash works fine excepting their payment system. Be careful with tapping your card they are charging more than what’s used ( ways to make more out of each customer )and cause it’s pre authorized you won’t get money back as well. Only use coins at this location.

Staff and facilities are great. I drive the extra mile to go to NE to was my truck!!

Nice and easy, good clearance for trucks!And the hours are quite nice aswell.
