My dog is extremely skittish and never liked getting her nails trimmed, but for the first time she did so well thanks to the wonderful people at royal touch! I am overly pleased with the job they did and how happy my pup is! We’ve never been able to cut her nails so it’s amazing to see she have them no issues! Couldn’t be more happy with the outcome, will be back with my other dogs!

I have owned an eight year old rescue cat just one year. I wasn't sure how he would react to a nice summer cut but your staff asked me to try something and see his reaction, which was very positive, and very reassuring for all of us.Manny came home relaxed and seems very pleased with his lion cut. Actually he seems much cooler and happier. Thankyou for treating him so well. Royal Touch is definitely a wonderful place for cats as well as dogs.Sincerely, Rick

Have always LOVED what they have done for my dog. He is a Mudi and they knew how to properly groom him. He is usually a hand full with his “can’t take the farm outta the farm dog” attitude. They make him beautiful and I feel my dog is 100% safe there as he doesn’t hate going like he did the last groomer. Thanks again Royal touch!

I always enjoyed going to this place. Watson had a groomer that worked with him one on one that was always quality. Either this place or stalwart Scotties are the place I would get my dog hand stripped. Hoping to get his coat stripped right down so we can chase summer for a while.The prices here are good and I always like to tip $20 as I haven't ever been great at slowing down enough to book my guy in for a groom.I like that they don't spray him down with a bunch of perfume and they always put a cute bow on him. He has had red, orange, and green bows but the green one was a good colour on him.The de-matting charges are fair and after leaving an abusive relationship I had much more time to spend with my dog and noticed a lot of positive changes in his coat.The staff here genuinely care about my dog and everyone says it's a pleasure when he comes around. His vet at Lomsness Veterinary Clinic in Red Deer said the same things too.All in all Watson is a good boy and he's had a lot of good care, this is a place I would bring any dog for grooming and boarding for daycare.Night-care should always be at home where the heart is whenever possible; obviously excusing extenuating circumstances.Quite a long review for a good place to get a terrier hand stripped, they do quality work here though and deserve thorough acknowledgement.

I’ve always been happy w the job done here however our most recent visit it looks like they missed trimming one of my dog’s dewclaws… I even reminded them when I dropped him off. I deff don’t want to go all the way back to have one nail trimmed as they are a 20 min drive from us. The nail is long and can grow and curl into the dogs skin… the one on the other foot, it’s clear they trimmed it. So strange…

The best my dogs have ever look. Staff is very sweet and helpful. My dogs love their groomer Robyn and thats always a really good plus. Clean, very professional, and they make your dogs look like a million bucks!!

My Juniper have been there twice and my husband and I are both very pleased with the quality of work provided. Our little girl was scared but she looked so happy and confident when we picked her up. We will be back.

Hiro has been to a couple of other grooming places, but Robyn is the best we’ve ever been to! He comes out smelling fresh and feeling soft. He also gets these cute bandanas and bow ties! I definitely recommend Royal Touch Pooch to others!

Sarah, the owner, and her employees are the best groomers I've ever taken my dogs to. I drive from deep southern Alberta to come see her for my dog, and I will continue to bring my pets to see her! Three thumbs up! Great for nervous dogs, all kinds. Large and small.

Outstanding! I don't usually write reviews but these guys deserve it! I took my large golden retriever in from his first visit this week. He hadn't been groomed in a long time because of his anxiety about the groomer. He hates the pressure of the water and hair dryer but he did so well with A Royal Touch". Our groomer really took her time with him to make him comfortable which was very sweet. He came home looking cleaner then I have every seen him: his teeth have never been cleaner
