I paid $3 for a bagel and cream cheese, $2 for bagel andbl $1 for cream cheese. I know stuff are expensive but what I got for cream cheese is not even worth a $1. Prep person might as well just put the packaging with the word cream cheese in the bagel. Too bad I can't post a photo of what I got. To the manager/owner of the store I am more than happy send you the photo of what your store has served me if you like

Not a good customer services over here. The boy who took the order was great but on yhe other hand the girl who gave thee order was rude and the coffee she made was not good and it was cold. And when we approach her she was talking in a rude way and showing attitude. This is not a great way of dealing with the customers hope you guys can understand. We are paying for the coffee not asking for free.

Went today and ordered two drinks and two bagels (jalapeno & everything toasted with butter and H&G creamcheese) felt the amount of cream cheese quite less. Plus, the lady taking order seemed friendly and nice but the wait time was more than expected even the location didnt seemed to be busy at that time.

This is a bit ridiculous, it has looked the same since 9am and it is currently 2:30pm. Really need better organization of this drive thru

When we reached here ,the door was closed with a-note on it as u can see in picture it was around 4 o’clock but they were serving drive thru only thats the first time I have seen that if they don’t have the staff just close the door…rediculous!!!!

The employees here are very quick and efficient. I have never had a complaint, or a mistake with my order. Before, it used to be really slow. But maybe they have a new amazing team in place that it really makes a difference. Keep up the good work guys your doing amazing

The girl at soup and sandwich station said it will take 30 minutes to cook potato wedges in the oven and they have prior orders of wedges also. So that means it’s good to say no to serve food to someone. At least take the order and ask the customers if they can wait till that time but instead of doing that just say it will take 30 minutes and we have prior orders too. Not good service :-(Is that oven too small that it cannot handle more than 1-2 orders. We also worked at Tim Hortons for almost 3-4 years we never did this kind of things. Even there are 4 orders of wedges than put another tray inside at same time and ask customers if they can wait. It never takes 30 minutes for wedges to be cooked in the oven.

Went through the drive through a few weeks ago on a Saturday morning around 6am. The guy handed me the coffee through the window and the lid wasn’t on properly so the coffee spilt all over the inside door panel of my car, and all down the side of the car. Sent multiple messages through twitter head office and no one has contacted me. I had to pay to clean this myself due to their own negligence. The guy didn’t even hand me napkins after, I had to ASK for them.

Just went drive thru they didn't have bagel, no crispy chicken either to make a wrap or a bowl. Why is the stock not being looked after is beyond me.

Went through drive thru and tapped debt card. Was advised it was declined as machine was down. So we paid cash. They did not give me receipt of decline my fault for not asking for it. I go check my bank as we where pulling out and noticed the charge went through my bank. I went in showed them the charge on my bank account same amount and they told me that it could take time for it to decline. I knew this was wrong and asked for manager. They walked away and never came back to advise. I am very disappointed in how this was handled and have never experienced this before. I will not return to this Tim Horton again*****Update****I emailed and called the number below. I was advised that the owner will call to discuss this and resolve this issue. I have not heard anything yet. If they say the dept machine is not working be aware they might charge twice. My visit was in June 12.
