My wife and I both got flat tires from Puncture-vine. The staff here were extra helpful and were able to get us back on the road with a very quick turnaround time. Highly recommended!

Rented e-bikes from Double O and what a great time we had riding in and around Osoyoos. The team at Double O were very helpful and accommodating. We also picked up some bike maps at the visitor centre, also helpful in planning our routes.

We are in Osoyoos for a few days and while bike riding we got a flat tire. This happened on Sunday the 17 and the shop is closed on Sunday and Monday. But on Tuesday I brought my bike in to get repaired and they service advisor told me that it would be repaired later that day. When I told him that we were only here for a couple days and be a shame not to be able go riding today. He told me that he would his best to get me going ASAP. Within an hour I was called to let me know my bike was ready. The service was fantastic and price was very fair. This is the second time we have dealt with this guys. Would recommend them to anyone. All I needed was a couple of tubes for my old mountain bike. The young man at the counter was extremely helpful And found exactly what I need. Excellent and friendly service! Highly recommend.

Had a great experience this week after getting my first punctured tire. The young man quickly fixed it and even found the source of my slipping gears. Would definitely recommend Double O

For a small town, I was pleasantly surprised that the shop stocked a tube for my fat-bike tire. The first one had a different valve stem. No problem, seamless exchange and they had the correct part. Great knowledgeable staff and professional service. I won't need to worry about bringing an oversupply of spare parts, next time we are back in Osoyoos

Had a flat tire and took it into the bike shop and “Chris” was a big help by changing out the punctured inner tube with a new tube.,Repair was completed within the hour! Great service!

Wow I can't begin to express the gratitude for these people, what a kind, community focused business that radiates a heart to help and give. My dad had his bike damaged while inside the grocery store getting some much needed groceries, I guess someone had tried to steal it and ended up getting upset so they damaged it instead, we don't have a Vehicle, so he bike rides 45 mins there and 45 mins back to grab as many groceries as he can usually 2 times a week, it was a tough day knowing our main source of transportation was taken from us. These kind people jumped to offer to help. My dad is someone who always helps everyone and would have just given that bike to the person who damaged it, if they had asked because that's who he is, always thinking of others and rarely ever complains. This act of kindness put us in tears thank you and bless you all!
