Owasco RV Rentals

I was beyond happy with the service I received, this company was very educational walked us through each step. We are in are early 30s and have 5 kids so we rented a large rv They were not biased because of our age they where welcoming and answered all our questions even while we where away on our trip highly recommend for rentals and purchase of rv

Not claiming to be seasonal RV renter, yet this is not my first RV rental experience so can note and compare. Owasco RV rentals provided every bit of information we needed - Chantale took time to show us every unit in person that we were just considering and provided all information we were asking about. Unit was meticulously clean and all essential supplies were provided in abundance.Very pleased and definitely looking forward for the next rental.

It's ok. Nice people at reception and nice showroom. Not so sure about the parts department though. Had to order a part for our RV. The part cost $40 and the shipping cost $85 but i wasn't told about the shipping part of the cost until they called to let me know the part was in. Should have told me the total cost when i ordered it!!

I am very disappointed with the transparency and their sales tactics. I let them know I was out of town and was looking for advice and guidance as this would have been my first time buying a trailer. Today took time off work to drive down to see the trailer. What a disappointment. I specifically asked the condition of the canvas. I am guessing they left that out purposely. There were numerous patches and the canvas was torn by the door. I know the pop up was priced lower but if someone could have taken two minutes to share would have saved myself over 5 hours of travel there and back. I guess I should have seen the flags from the beginning as couldn't get the right answer on the dry weight of the trailer. I felt more like a burden than a customer. I do not reccommend this place as lack of advice and honesty. I guess my purchase was too small for them to care about.

We just purchase one camping trailer from Owasco,the sale person here is very nice his name is Jason Carmichael and also Brain,they all very helpful and willing to explain the detail about the trailer,and here the price is kind of valuable,I will recommend this place to my friends.

Rented a Winnebago 23 Fuse for a trip to New Brunswick. The RV did everything we needed (great fridge, dry bath, mirrors) and did it well. Lots of room for two with the slide but still easy to maneuver in traffic. Kim and her staff were professional, attentive to detail and extremely pleasant to deal with. From my research the cost was very competitive. Would highly recommend renting from Owasco and will do it again myself.

Horrible customer service. Never acknowledges the customer in their showroom and also they never get back to you via email or phone when enquiring about their tv rental options. Horrible communication with the customers and horrible customer service. Would never buy or recommend them to anyone. Instead would recommend Campmart. Dealt with them when they used to have their showroom in Oshawa. Very poor management and staff.

We rented a C22 RV from Owasco for a 6 nights travel.We had a wonderful time.

Rented an RV, it was ready when we arrived. Had zero issues with it over the week we had it. The support staff and Manager were fantastic with all my inquiries leading up to the rental as well as during. We will for sure be doing this again next year!

Always exceptional service and beautifully kept RVs! Would recommend over and over. Thanks again Owasco!!
