Double check for defects, but overall great prices. It’s last year’s designs, but usually half the amount. The selection is decent, and updated at least monthly in my experience.

I had a lady who worked here who was so helpful when I came in to grab some decor for my newly renovated living room.I was on the fence about pillows and she over heard me saying this.She talked to me about her experience with adding some textures and patterns to her room and how everything popped. I had some boring pillows in my cart and she talked me into finding some different ones. She was very helpful and I'm REALLY glad that I listened!The pillows match perfectly in my living room and I couldn't be happier with how it worked out.She made a few other suggestions and every single one that she mentioned turned out beautifully. Exactly the look I was going for.I wish I knew her name so I could thank her in this review.But I lived the personable personality that she had and that she stopped what she was doing to come and help me, give me suggestions, and all without even me having to ask.And I found some other REALLY cute things here so I'm impressed with this employee and the selection at the store

I find this winners has a very good selection as some of the other winners I have gone to. Lines moves quickly as they seem to have always a number of cashiers. Lots of parking and the store is huge.

I have no issue with the stores or products themselves. They have plenty of product and are clean (Upper James and Martindale locations) The problem that I am having is with the staff. I find that even though there is plenty of staff in the store, they allow long line ups at the cash register build. Just recently I have taken it upon myself to bring it to the cashier's attention and recommended that they call for additional cashiers to clear up the long line. Yesterday at the Upper James the lady gave me attitude and an excuse they had no staff trained for cash to cover the front. I told her I didn't believe her and amazingly within two minutes every register had a cashier and the line was cleared. Customer service should be foremost. 2 cashiers on registers, with 15-20 customers in line is unacceptable.
