Fleury Hospital

I don't like hospitals to begin with, but this one is the worse of the worse I've experienced in my lifetime. Broke my ankle and dislocated my knee, i was rushed in an ambulance. After x-ray had to wait 6 hours before seeing the Dr. No care of my foot and careless of my pain. Discharged me saying I have to come back the next day to do a scan. Showed up on time, and still had to wait over 6 hours for the Dr to see me for 2 minutes and tell me I have to schedule an appointment with orthopedic. I mean they could've just sent me home and called me with an update rather than making me sit in a place where it's extremely dirty, filthy and just dull. I have utmost respect for Healthcare workers but the disrespect at this hospital is out of this world. Never again.

I was sent to the pain clinic, what joke that was. The first I there I was asked questions and then given a book to read. I asked this books sounds like by your definition Doctor that the pain is in my head and not real.The book is a propaganda book being pushed about a new fringe science Neuroplasticity. The object is that at any time in your life a traumatic" event at any time

Been there two weeks ago because I am very sick and didn't feel well at all. It was as terrible as always. Even with my serious symptoms like I vas shaking, dizzy, confused, they passed people that looked in perfect shape in front of me. At least 10 even people who arrived after me who looked less sick. I couldn't believe it. I had to go back home because I felt so bad I couldn't wait there anymore and the thought of dying in this dirty hospital alone was too much for me. Now I was seeking help and no one gave it to me. Shame on this hospital.Oh and also, this hospital looks like ruins. You can't even properly close the bathroom door for some privacy. I'd rather go home and die peacefully thanks to the person who organise things there!

I have been waiting for test results for months and I had to call them twice to have them fax the results to my doctor and there are still tests missing. I called this morning and the receptionist was beyond rude and did not ask me any questions to help me. She hung up on me without transferring me and when I called back after no one answered…

Even if you come by ambulance they stick you in emergency room waiting and you wait long time, doctor refused to speak in English, everybody is french speaking and most refuse to speak in English. Worse they have no care or sympathy at all for people writhing in pain. Terrible experience I recommend everybody avoid this hospital if you can. Rude mean people they should be ashamed, many things went wrong..

The emergency area is badly organized. They give you a ticket and if they decide you’re not urgent you get sent to another room, ok fine, most hospitals run off severe cases first. But in this hospital they don’t tell you that if you’re not urgent you have to go back and take another ticket to be re-evaluated just to be seen as not urgent and have to wait all over again. Horrible set up

Went there for some.semi urgent tests. The hospital seems to get a bad rap but I was treated promptly, courteously etc. I guess if you have an actual appointment you're ok.

I have a very bad experience in the hospital, The Doctors are confused with minimum experience.The nurses in floor 8 they are not human.... they keep the patient calling them, and there no response to the paitent... I falled down on my broken leg, and the nurses make nothing to me ..... I called them more than 45 min and response... after that I called 911 and they call the nurse to help me.Can ANYBODYIMAGINE THAT ??????

I'm giving 4-stars but only because I want to give Guillaume (a nurse on the 6th floor)recognition. My mother has had a few hospitalizations here in the past few years. The doctors and the nurses aren't human. They just do their jobs, and not very well. But she had a stay recently that won my heart. I went to visit her and this big guy - a male nurse - was actually making her laugh. She's usually so anxious and lonely. He was so kind. Merci Guillaume.
