Ken had gone out to my house before I had possession to investigate water in the basement. He had misdiagnosed the issue as window leakage then refused to come take a second look or give useful information on the massive floor cracks I found under the soggy tile.

Ken and his team were very helpful. He responded very quickly to my e-mails, and was able to come out quickly to do the foundation crack repairs to fix our leaking basement. He was friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything very well. We are very satisfied with the work and would definitely hire this company again and recommend them.
