Massage was ok. You pay more for them to come to you but, as indicated on etheir website, you have to provide the bed sheets and a pillow case. Upon arrival the RMT also asked me for a chair with wheels to use. She then proceeded to walk around to find the bathroom without asking me where it is. Right after the massage, I barely had time to get up off the table before she asked for a tip. Before I had time to even respond (again, I had said nothing) she showed me her cellphone screen with the bill of another client who had given her a tip to prove she gwts tips(?!). I had planned on giving her a 20% tip and did. Then, seconds later, I received a text asking me to tip. A few hours after that I also received an e-mail asking me to tip. RMTs are medical practitioners and should not sollicit tips.Felt annoyed and uncomfortable after my massage.

Excellent service by RMT Kwok Cheong Samuel. Booking on the App is very convenient. I had to change the appointment twice for medical reasons, and we were able to reschedule. Great customer service!

I went with Massago to surprise my friend with a massage for her birthday and it couldn’t have gone better. RMT guy was super professional and polite. Katrina responds to messages promptly and was very accommodating. I would highly recommend and go with them again.

After downloading the app, my appointment was confirmed almost immediately- I booked a deep tissue massage and Mando was exceptional. Actually beyond my expectations, the targeted areas now feel so much better, alongside how professional and knowledgeable he was, I highly recommend:)

The website is a bit buggy so I suggest using the app. That being said, it took me 10 minutes to book an appointment and the next day a professional masseuse came to my house and delivered an excellent on hour massage. Will book again.

Downloaded App, opened my account, booked massage and 24 hours later in the comfort of my home I had my 60 min deep tissue massage. Communication with staff was prompt and kept me informed of small delay, due to traffic congestion (Saturday on Anthony Henday with 2 bridges being worked on plus the other scheduled construction) Quite happy with the overall experience! Let's do it again soon!
