Crossings Road and Trail

My new snowmobile dealer! Will be putting all my snowchecks thru Crossings. Service is great and staff are helpful and super friendly:)

I must say this place is fantastic. Eric is a distinguished gentleman and he's certainly passed that down to his staff and his children. Everytime I come here I ask specifically for Derek because he is such a lovely young chap. This place is definitely worth your while for great service !

Short staffed, but the owner just stood there chatting with people never served anyone.I have added this to me review in response to the owners really nice long winded comeback to bad you didnt have that energy to actually provide service to your customers new and old. As a business owner myself all MY customers ARE vip's.Your rant speaks volumes about your character.!

Great dealership that takes care of their clients needs and expectations. Dealing with Eric is refreshing and fun. Will go the extra mile to make sure client expectations are understood and met. So far polite and informative. Seem to go out of their way to help, especially during times like these.I support local business.Much prefer one on one that knows their job.Not the huge stores who only care about profit and their shareholders.Crossings really went out of their way to help me get the ATV that really suited me. Even taking a slight loss when we had problems with the ATV that I originally bought.I could not of asked for better support and help.I would refer them to anyone of my friends and family.The great old fashioned way of really looking after customers.I'm usually very critical in my reviews, however I had no problems giving Crossings 5 stars and more if they had them.Thank you Eric for looking after me.You have given me faith that there are still some good people on this planet!

Bought my lawnmower from these guys! I must say it is nice to see a business with this level of service!Had an issue with the machine within the first week and they were great to deal with.I will defiantly be back!

Eric and the team at Crossings have been amazing. Not only did they save me thousands on my new RZR , they have been amazing to deal with. I'm not always the easiest client to deal with and they have been amazing through the whole process, from ordering, to dealing with a recall, to getting/installing custom parts for the RZR for me. I can't thank them enough for helping me out.Dealing local has never been more important and I'm excited to deal with these guys each and every time.

Great place ! I called 2 other Polaris dealers in Eastern Ontario and they said 3Week wait for the cylinder I needed , I called crossings road and trail and they had it within 3 days ! Totally worth the drive , will come back for any more of my cylinder needs !

They sold my husband a new Argo Explorer XR 500 in July 2021. The misery with the battery and not able to starstarted immediately . He brought the 4 wheeler back 3 times for repair.He hardly used it and still it broke down again. Upon return to the store they told him they no longer are dealers and not serving Argo anymore. What a disappointment selling an product and not standing behind it. Bad experience. No customer service integrity. Dissapointed in there handeling.

We have been purchasing snowmobiles from Eric and his crew for 11 years now, the experiences have always been great. Eric's service and parts team have always been able to get us looked after, even on short notice throughout the season. Overall a fantastic place to deal with!
