Larissa is an absolutely amazing photographer. From the time that we asked her to take photos of our wedding, she was communicative, on the ball, and attentive to our needs. The day of, she was encouraging, fun, in the spirit, and a good sport as we trekked through the snow to execute our shared vision. Our pictures turned out awesome. She took beautiful wedding pictures of us in the middle of the forest, and was able to capture the light and the landscape. They came back better than we could have hoped for. We strongly recommend her. She is conscientious and tuned in to specific needs and dreams. I can’t imagine anyone you’d want more to take pictures of your big day.

We did a mini shoot with our 2 year old daughter this fall. What really impressed me with Larissa was her ability to engage with our 2 year old and set us up quickly for great shots. Larissa was the photographer for not only our engagement session, but our wedding as well. What makes her stand out is how at ease she made me, my wife, and our entire families feel. We had kids as small as 5 and grandparents as old as 99, and she treated them all the with the same respect and attention. She is genuine and warm and pays attention to details that other just don't see. She truly has a unique eye and is creative with colours and environments and light. We were so delighted with the end results of our big days, and highly recommend her for any events!

If you want a creative, professional photographer to capture you and your life's moments in a very individual, personalized way, then Larissa is the photographer for you. Larissa did a photoshoot for me when I was pregnant with my second child. To start off, Larissa asked me many questions about my likes and hobbies and got to know me so she could personalize the photo shoot. She and I together decided that an outdoor photoshoot would be best. She suggested that late afternoon/early evening would be the most beautiful lighting as it creates gorgeous shadows and we could also use the sunset as a backdrop. This did indeed create beautiful pictures in the end and I'm so glad I trusted her instincts. She encouraged me to bring some of my most beloved clothing and props and she brought many to add. We wound up taking many pictures that turned out as the most stunning final portraits. Larissa skillfully photographed me, in all my pregnant Glory lol, in both Leslieville urban landscapes, juxtaposed to the city streets, and also as the sun set walking along the beach with the outlined silhouette of my pregnant belly, and my hair flowing in the wind. The photographs turned out so beautiful, I will cherish them forever and I get so many compliments on them. The whole shoot was also so much fun from beginning to end with Larissa and I laughing the whole time and coming up with more ideas as we went on. Larissa is very warm, professional, creative, insightful, reliable, prompt and provided high-quality, beautifullly finished portraits. I cannot recommend her enough!
