Best groomer in Barrie ! We tried many in Barrie before finding this place. Our senior wheaten terrier looks absolutely perfect. They listen to everything you want in your grooming and take the time to make sure it's done perfectly. Today was likely our dogs last grooming and they went above and beyond. I cannot thank them enough for taking such great care of my Sadie ❤️

HiI took my dog to Pets Cool on Cundles rd in Barrie today. It was the first time I had been there with this dog and the first time this dog had a professional dog groom. The owner new that I was nervous and told me she would call and let me know if there were any concerns. She did call me and told me he was doing quite well which made me extremely happy. I thought it was very nice that she took her time to do that. One of their professional groomers gave my dog a beautiful grooming spa experience. When I arrived to pick him up he looked beautiful and was so happy and calm.The other staff that I met seemed to be very professional, courteous, and hardworking as well.Thank you all for giving my dog his first positive" grooming experience.We will be back for sure and I will also refer your company to my family

The ladies were so welcoming when we arrived. It was Mochas first groom and we were worried how she would behave but she was happy and excited to go in. They treated our puppy so good and she is so clean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for the puppy grooming needs. We will be coming back in a couple months for her grooming again.

I have been hunting for a good dog groomer for my maltipoo Shelby and brought him in for a full groom today… they did AMAZING! I am so very pleased with the results and will absolutely be bringing him back. They were also very polite and easy to book with. I definitely recommend
