They are the BEST, I wouldn't take my shoe repair business anywhere else. I needed my wedding shoes, made of a delicate fabric, essentially taken apart, cut up, and put back together (something I doubted could even be done) and they did it so beautifully.

The owner was so pleasant and a delight to chat with! He added two holes to a belt I bought for my son to wear to prom, (a surprise), while I waited. The level of customer service I received was excellent and rare these days, at the same time refreshing and appreciated!

Ralph (the owner) is knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly wants the best for you and your shoes in the long term. He resoled and repaired a pair of my favorite dress shoes and advised me on how to take care of my other leather shoes. Fair price, great service. I will definitely be coming back!

I brought in my daughters character shoes to have the pin reattached to the buckle. Within minutes, Ralph had it back on and even checked the other shoe to make sure the other pin was secure. He didn't even charge me. Amazing service!! I will definitely be recommend this shop.
