Been a customer for a while, great company with great prices. The download speed is really good with 50mbs

Internet is working fine for now but my phone service has been very bad for a long while now , poor support service , not getting back to me it's been two days they say they are fixing it but nothing yet . I cant even call them , the line does not work . Very disappointed !!!

I've been with this company for almost 3 years now and I must say that that I am satisfied. Moreover, their customer service reps are always friendly when I call to ask for information.

Bunch of liars,,, I'm suppose to get a 6mb speed and all I get is 1mb for 55$ and they say it's my fault cause I need to do the installation so I did the installation for 100 $ and it got up to 6mb so basibasically it's the same speed,, I Call them back and explain that I'm still having issues, they say, i need to change the modem,, f that I'm changing the company,,

I've recently got hooked up with this company and everything has been good so far. No technician was needed to visit my house , so they guided and explained to me how to connect all of my equipment over the phone. So far so good for me.

Not happy at all. The box is always freezes. But they never forget to go and get the money in the bank. That never freezes.

RECOMMEND! Amazing prices, customer service, & internet quality! Have been with different providers before but seen nothing like Vodalink's service in Montreal area! They are amazing. Great experience & few of my family members / friends are planing to move. (30 April, 2018)

Terrible.First they double dipped my credit card on order, wanting the install and a full month up front for the service. Then after the service is installed on an all day appointment, they came back and wanted 43% more than was originally quoted. Then the issue with the dry loops. Not getting the 3 Mbps the Bell tech said we would get easily.Then it turns out if they supply the hardware, you can't access the router. They control your wireless setup, portforwarding, everything. Now when I want to play BF4, I find I need a UDP port open. I call them, and the only voice greeting I get is in French. No option for English. After the recording a strange beep. No hours of operation indicated on their website. They are also not listed as an ISP with the CCTS. Which makes recourse difficult through the federal authorities.What can I say. Been with them a week, and already feel like tossing them to the curb.

I am really glad I got with Vodalink! They offer great services with great prices and I have not had any issues!

They charged me $143 up front for installation and once they had the money called me back and told me they couldn't service my area.This was May 1 2019. Be careful.And before the company answers call or email us to that I say I did yesterday and you have my number.
