Newson's is an unsuspecting bike shop that is one of the best in the city. You can expect great prices and to find a wide variety of products. But what keeps me coming back is the staff. Dallas is one of the most knowledge and friendly salespeople I've met, and he always goes out his way to ensure I get the best possible service.It's also a great place to take your bike for repairs. Curtis is one of the best mechanics in Toronto. He not only knows his stuff, but all his work shows an incredible attention to detail. At this point, I don't trust anyone else with my whip.

Dallas was amazing. We were stuck in traffic and got there just after 6pm which was their closing time. He got my brother's and my hockey skates sharpened and helped me and my Mom choose a good pair of figure skates for me. He sacrificed his Friday evening and stayed a bit later to help us. He is so COOL!!!!!! I'm gonna tell my big sister to get her skates there and will be back to buy skates for my 2yr old cousin. THANK YOU DALLAS.- Melissa -

I have had my bike tuned up and fixed at a few bike shops in the past 10 years but this visit was by far the best.They didn't respond rude or condescendingly like many bike shops do, they explained their process, potential fees and requirements on the phone and in person with complete transparency.I came in to replace a part and repair it but it was functioning better and more well looked after than any tune up I have ever received from other shops (even though I came in for a repair).Service, pricing, transparency and quality are all 5/5 out of here.I can't recommend these guys enough.

During the pandemic I was trying to purchase a Brodie Tesla & due to shortages I ended up buying a Bolt. Was a decent ride but too street & not enough mountain for me. Today I traded in my Bolt towards a brand new Tesla. Justin & the gang are doing good work & I will remain a loyal customer until I am unable to ride. Need a bike or tuneup? Newsons is awesome. 5 stars. All Around. Well done.

Fixed my bike up in 30 minutes.I was given a quote from another bike shop which was marginally cheaper but I would have had to wait 3 months for the part. Here they had the part in stock and fixed up my bike no issues.Yes it cost me about 20$ more but at least I get my bike this summer. That's worth it.
