Purolator

Very poor service, as I was at work, they didn’t deliver my package at my house, they left a note for me to pick up the parcel from Stubbs pharmacy & they even texted me. I went to pick the parcel next day on a snowy day No parcel at Stubbs & then went to Purolator, they told me to check in Stubbs again, i didn’t go there as I was getting late for work, Than tried to call them wait-in the line for an hour than call dropped , Simply rubbish

Poor Service!I specifically got a Signature Not Required" sticker for deliveries that happened when I was not home. Furthermore

Had to pick up a package and arrived 3 mins before close. The employee across the counter frowned and sighed as I came in. Employee was upset I came in right before close. Sorry but sometimes you stay a couple minutes late to help a customer…. She also denied a lady entry that came in at 6. Sign was still on open…

The least helpful place. How they stay in business is beyond me. They were going to send my parcel back without informing me it had arrived. They charge for delivery but I have to drive half an hour to pick up.

They are listed online as a facility that will do Amazon QR code/package free returns. I returned the items in the boxes they were received in and had all 4 sides of the box folded up even. Honestly, I figured they'd tape them up when they printed the label (so it's not like I handed them a bare item.) I even made it super easy for them because I printed each QR code and attached it to each box so that it would be less confusing between the 3 QR code packages I had. However, the associate who helped me lectured me on the fact it's the customers responsibility to tape everything up secure". I tried to explain to him that the website says they will do the Amazon package free/QR code returns but he wasn't hearing it and grumbled along as he assisted me.Why offer a service if you're going to begrudge people who implement it?!Won't be coming back here. Not worth the hassle! :("

No local phone number had to call a USA. Been trying to contact them for a month now they haven't replied.. do not use this company. Used to the deliver my bell phone back to the phone company.. over a month later phone company tells me they still haven't got the phone. It's now been 2 months. Phone still missing and no on is responding to my calls or emails.

My husband had a horrible experience here. Both workers he talked to were completely rude and unprofessional.Lies about when your package will be delivered. And doesn't follow the instructions on the day we needed to mail to be delivered. When they said they could. It needed to be recieved on certain days as the company's place of business has only has limited specific days they are open because of their covid restrictions.Than another worker he spoke to said they could never do the specific delivery dates. They questioned my husband why he dropped it off so late in the day as if it was his fault. It was a little less than an hour before they close. He explainedhe has a fulltime job so he had to take time off to make it in time. They said we had to pay so much because of special instructions and getting our mail sent to the specific place and because it weighed a pound. We mailed a cheque. That doesn't weigh a pound, their packaging weighs more than the cheque we needed to mail. If they couldn't do it they should have told us they could we would have figured something else out. They don't seem to care that they provided poor service and provided contradicting information. You should train your employees better and learn how to provide proper customer service and true information on how your mailing service works. We will never go to this location again. The first lady he saw when dropping it off who acted all high and mighty, was rude, and lied you should find another job. Your attitude repells people. Do better!

We used to get deliveries all the time.New driver and they say we need to pick up at their store. Now they say we can’t get deliveries at our business unless it has our business name…we complied and received 2 separate deliveries . We are 1/2 a km from Evergreen Golf. I paid $40 to have it to the door….The MANAGER (with 38 year’s experience he said ) said that, “I am the map for Purolator Lethbridge” when I asked to see a map to show how close we were to the Golf Course. When I asked if knew my location he said, “I’m not that familiar with it”. …. ………Some Map right? The other lady was so rude and said condescendingly “oh well…no promises on deliveries”…. “We wouldn’t get anything done if we deliver to you”…I said, “ well you have delivered many times to us and I have seen you many times on our road going to the equestrian center”. Nothing but excuses from them after that. We have run a transport company for 20 + years and with all of the same customers since the start. We gladly do what they ask even it costs us at times. Big picture right?We’re never going to use Purolator again. Lazy and rude. They forgot who pays the bills. 0 Stars from us!!!

Been constantly looking at the status of my package, as I have anxiety about it, and it said delivered to front door at 1:14pm". As I went to look outside my front door for said package it was no where to be found nor was a slip or anything stating that I had to pick it up elsewhere"

Decent enough delivery service... However, the girls who answer the phones for this company are very sassy, and rude.I don't think they understand, that their only job is to try and be helpful, and delightful when dealing with customers. It reflects poorly on the people at the company doing the real work.
