We went through 3 companies and Munro heating and air by far was the most thorough (in checking diagnostics, educating my husband and I on our options and took care of the job that night).

Brent was amazing! I called him in the morning and he came that same afternoon. His price was reasonable and he fixed our problem in just a few minutes. He also tried to help me troubleshoot prior to coming to save me the cost if possible.Really trustworthy which is not always easy to come by today.I highly recommend him!

Brent showed up on time to perform a routine maintenance service on my furnace. He pointed out a few concerns with some venting pipes from the installation process and fixed them to his standard. As part of the service, he checked the humidity levels, floor by floor and provided his recommendation to add a humidifier and provided us some additional information as well as product options and costs (READ: FULL TRANSPARENCY).Brent even noticed that the glass on my gas fireplace required cleaning due to some sort of build up and showed me how to remove the glass for next time and then cleaned it for me!Brent completed the service by ensuring I knew all that was checked and completed as well as answering pretty much every HVAC question I could think of...I would not hesitate to hire Munro Heating and Air for any future HVAC needs.

He's been to our place for service twice, once in a emergency situation on a weekend and is always on time, takes the time to explain any issues and options. Brent was very prompt in response and provided phenomenal service. Our old AC went out and he installed a new one in record time after he made sure the other one would not work anymore. Great follow up to make sure everything was working well and addressed all my questions. He was very experienced, fair, reliable and punctual. Would highly recommend to my friends.

I contacted Brent on July 5th to get a quote for a new furnace since my last technician indicated to me that the heat exchanger was about to crack so I figured I better act on this. I also wanted to replace my broken AC unit too.I am thankful that Brent took the time to come out to Toronto to see me as his clientele is in Mississauga.  He arrived promptly on time and began a full diagnostic check on my furnace. He explained the tests he was performing for the carbon monoxide levels and showed me that the heat exchanger had some wear and tear but not to the point that the furnace had to be replaced right away. Brent said probably in 2-3 years most likely. I was overjoyed to hear this as the furnace was only 12 years old.  I really appreciated his honesty and his professionalism.  I will definitely order my furnace from him when the time comes.My AC quote was reasonable and Brent acted quickly to get me a unit to be installed next day which was during the heatwave on the hottest day ever 40C humidex. He arrived promptly and installed unit doing all necessary tests to make sure it was in excellent working condition before he left.  I am so grateful for his expertise, knowledge and friendliness.Thanks Brent for all your hard work and giving me peace of mind re furnace! Called Brent to fix an issue with my furnace. He was out within 1 hour and had it fixed In no time at all. He communicated the issue and what was required to fix it and was extremely knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things and would 100% recommend Brent to anyone in need of HVAC services!
