Short answer is … If I could give them ten stars, I would! My husband and I have had to remain isolated during COVID-19 and currently have no means of transportation. Surrey Sleep Clinic delivered the necessary CPAP and masks to our door!I am so relieved to have contacted Surrey Sleep Clinic. I have been using a CPAP for almost 16 years and my husband has had a CPAP and oxygen concentrator for 13 years. I desperately needed to replace my CPAP machine and my husband needed to replace his mask. I had been calling a number of CPAP providers because we were no longer able to purchase from our previous one given COVID-19 and transportation issues.Long story, but most companies I contacted were more interested in how I would pay than what I needed. Over the years, both my husband and I have run into problems caused by RTT’s and Sleep Coordinators who did not follow the prescriptions of our specialist, or pay attention to our personal needs. So needless to say, we are very particular about who we have help us with our sleep apnea.In frustration I finally called the office of our specialist, and spoke with his assistant. She said she would call the Surrey Sleep Clinic and they would get back to me. The Surrey Sleep Clinic, got back to me immediately. I told them of my most recent sleep study done in 2019. He asked me questions about my current pressure settings and other needs. He also asked what I wanted in a new machine. With that one phone call, they were able to suggest a new mask and also a new model of CPAP to try.I had thought my last style of mask was as good as it could be. But, because it was on a trial basis, I accepted their suggestion of trying a different model. I also knew my CPAP was very old technology, but I was hesitant to have a new CPAP sending signals while I slept. They assured me that we could work around those things as the RTT would be reviewing my sleep data with me to ensure I was not running into any problems. The first night, I immediately felt an improvement in my sleep and actually slept 8 hours with no disruptions!The 'icing on the cake' was the service we received from Surrey Sleep Clinic. They took the extra time to personally deliver the new CPAP and masks to us. What a difference to work with such professional and thoughtful staff at Surrey Sleep Clinic. Especially for us ‘at risk’ seniors during this COVID-19 pandemic.Next year, it will be time to have our sleep studies redone and also replace my husband’s CPAP machine. You can be sure that we will have the Surrey Sleep Clinic take care of us.A big Thank You to all of the staff at Surrey Sleep Clinic for taking such good care of us during these difficult times.

This place is a scam they don't want to help you they just want to make money of you by selling you their used sleep apna machines. I don't know how they are still operating, this place should be shut down immediately hell they shouldnt have never been able to even open in the first place. This place is a joke please beware of these scam artists!!!!!!

Clean, Tidy, professional and cooperative staff.

My doctor referred me to this clinic. I heard nothing at all for at least six months and then found a message on my answering machine asking me to confirm my appointment FOR THE NEXT DAY!!! I was in the middle of renovations and this was impossible. The next morning the doctor called and also left a message. Unbelievable. I’ll be asking for a referral to a different sleep specialist, obviously.

Very bad people

Sleep test was amazing and tech was incredible and super professional and safe during Covid. Office staff are pretty good. Wow, all the things that bother my sleep for years have been confirmed by my test results. Thank you so much for the help Dr and techs! Just awaiting followup

So first go at the sleep lab in surrey. The attendant applying all the wires and electrodes etc refused to wear his mask properly after multiple requests for him to do so while breathing directly into my face at the origional peak of covid last year. Then got agitated that i could not sleep.

Took 3 months to get results, and the doctor (Dr Parmar) said that it is going to take another 3 months to get me a CPAP machine, but if I find one for sale to let him know so he can go buy it and sell it to me!!.. I said to him that if I had had the results within a reasonable amount of time, and not 3 months, I probably would have the CPAP machine by now because he could have ordered it, and he said no even though the results were ready within a day or two he wouldn't have had time to give me my results and that's why it took 3 months for him to call me.. terrible. So rude. Left and went to coast sleep after a friend recommended coastal. Night and day! Coastal is so much better. Caring and quick and responsive and the manager even gave me his cell phone number.. don't make the same mistake I made..
