Kul Floors

This guy spelt my name wrong for my testimonial on his website but DAMN did he kill it doing my floor. Like Chris is such a good guy and he knows his stuff. Very pleasant and did such an amazing job with my hardwood floor. Chris has amazing attention to detail, from his notes on home estimate to the quote to the final piece of quarter round going in, he left nothing to chance and had everything planned perfectly. Highly recommend. 5 stars for sure for this professional.

Absolutely the most pleasant experience dealing with this gentleman. Very personable and is clearly passionate with his work and clearly takes care in his craft. Usually when needing a high quality of service, you assume to go with the 'popular' name-brand companies which end up causing a lot of headache and stress and profit is clearly their number one priority. Chris takes the time to go through everything you need, even suggesting to me an option that, not only added to my vision, but also resulted in him making less profits from the job. This is a trade full of risks (me and my family have had many contracting problems in the past), and my experience with this Kul Floors is a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend!

It is unfortunate, but you will not be able disable comments here or try to Block me Chris aka Kul floor.To everyone who is considering hiring Kul floor which is a one man show. Just be prepared to understand he has many personalities which can take a swing at any point.We gave Chis 2 full jobs, which he never completed and walked out on! Keeping in mind, one place which was my parents, they organized their vacation time based on Kul floors schedule. Took out all their furniture, and here we are, their floor was not even touched. All prep work was done, including their existing pillars which were cut.First impression: Fabulous! dedication was fantastic as well as workmanship. Few days later it died down and it showed due to his prep work, which you can find in the pictures I will post. Stains all over walls, tiles with marks.. all those that could have been prevented if extra steps were taken to cover. We never said anything since his work was good at the time.Chis managed to also drip stain on our carpet, in which he agreed to install hardwood for us instead if we cover the cost of the material. He never did that and without our consent he changed the carpet while I was not at home and entered out home without permission via garage ( you are lucky I didn’t report you Chris)Mr. Kul floor does not know how to manage work vs personal which takes a toll on his business. I never bother posting reviews but here is my first since people need to know not to go by first impression, this guy will leave you.Lastly, he partially completed one home and abandoned our other home because he no longer felt we trusted him, while I left for work, he managed to leave and leaving our front door and garage door open. Thanks for the professionalism Chris.To what ever he is going to respond, please remember, pictures speak a 1000 words so I will post those and you can decide if he is the right hire.All the best and this you can’t block @KulFloor

Chris is a detailed craftsman who puts the utmost care and quality into his floors. For a floor that is artistic and detailed 2nd to none give him a call!!

Came over to give me a quote. Never got back to me despite me trying to follow up. Unimpressed. Would not recommend.
