Would definitely recommend this to all!First time canoeing and LOVED the experience. Very short learning curve and beautiful route. The paddle oar team was very helpful. From pick up to the drop off!!

Had a great time canoeing. Jerome had clear instructions for us at the beginning and then let us canoe independently at our own pace.The checkpoints and end-point were well communicated.The shuttle service greatly helped us because we don’t have a car. Definitely planning on returning before the season ends.

Overall: perfect handling of customers.We are beginners but didn't have any problems, because both the introduction and explanation of the trip were very clear.These guys really care about their customers having a good time.

Had the opportunity to take a canoe out on the Grand River for a couple hours today, thanks to Paddle Oar Row. Awesome customer service, and they pick you up and drop you off right at your front door. Can’t wait to get out on the water again for a longer trip!

The most fun I've ever had canoeing! Jerome and his crew are SO accommodating- and it is just so easy to get picked up and dropped off right at your front door.I've gone twice already, once with a small group and a 2nd time with a bunch of friends. It's a great way to spend an afternoon in nature regardless of who you bring.I would choose a 12 hr option if there was one. Time flies by on those canoes.Make sure you bring drinks, sunscreen, and a Bluetooth speaker. I didn't have an issue with bugs either time but bring some spray just in case! Another pro tip is to have food ready for when you get home (we pre-ordered pizza from the river) because you don't realize how hungry you are until you're on the bus home.Can't wait to do this again this summer!

I had the most amazing canoeing experience from start to finish with Paddle Oar Row. Jerome is such a friendly, accommodating, enthusiastic guide and made the experience effortless for us! You get picked up and dropped off at your desired destination. You are provided with a detailed demonstration before you get into your canoe so you feel comfortable even if it is your first time! Drinks and a speaker are definitely recommended! I cannot wait until covid restrictions loosen and I am able to go again :)

I highly recommend this trip for anyone who is looking for a memorable experience! We booked one canoe for “The Grand Paddle” which was the perfect length for two adults who had canoed only once before. It was peaceful, adventurous, relaxing, and a workout all at the same time!I love that you can choose your own adventure to fit your desired experience, which is enabled by the staff support and thorough guidance. Safety and comfort is paramount and Paddle Oar Row exceeded my expectations with their detailed demonstration, top of the line equipment, communication before/during/after the trip, and detailed route descriptions.The accessibility was also a major plus, due to the ease of the bus pickup. It had a very adventurous feel which is enjoyable whether you’re a KW local or visiting from out of town. Can’t wait to come again soon!

Had such an unforgettable experience!! Jerome picked us up from our home and dropped us off at the launch site. He was very knowledgeable and made told us what to watch out for and some tips and tricks for paddling. Jerome was there at the end of our journey waiting to help us land and get out of the water and drive us home.Honestly it was such a great experience for me and my family!
