Great plce although the hours for drive through on here make no sense and are wrong if they are open so is drive through it’s open till 11 not 9 just called to confirm … also lost a star cause they straight up said f this guy I ordered a leg poutine and didn’t get a fork or napkins like tf

It's always a good place to get a treat. However the drive thru is not always the best experience. Suggest to go in especially during sunset times very good view with their big window.

DQ Mountain Rd in Moncton is probably the worst location to order from. They can’t seem to get the orders right, ever. And today, they put nuts in a blizzard meant for someone who has a nut allergy. Just Bravo DQ, Bravo.

Today I went through the drive thru of this establishment and asked for a crispy chicken sandwich no tomato, add cheese; combo with a fry and a smoothie. I was on break from work at the time so when I got back to work and opened my sandwich wrapper I found that there was no lettuce. I was really confused and upset because the receipt plainly showed that the order had been rung in right. Because I was on break from work, I was not going to waste the rest of my break to drive back to the store to get the situation fixed. I took a picture of it and ate the sandwich (as I was not going to waste the food and spend the rest of my shift hungry). After I finished work, I returned to the store and spoke to the employees there about the situation and they informed me that they were completely out of lettuce and that there were signs posted on the plexiglass at the payment counter inside and on the drive thru window. However, I mentioned to these employees that there was no sign that I noticed at the drive thru speaker or anywhere on the menu sign in the drive thru. They looked baffled and said that there should be, but after I finished speaking with them, I went outside to check and there was no sign anywhere on the speaker. If there is something that the establishment is missing, something that a lot of your products are supposed to have in it, it should be stated verbally to customers in the drive thru if it cannot be posted properly where people can see and understand the issue before they even order their food.

I visited DQ with my family for the first time. There was a high chair provided for my baby.Hubby ordered the $8 meal combo which came with a cheeseburger, fries, refillable drink and ice cream with fresh strawberry fruit topping.I ordered the 2 for $6 combo and had a spicy grilled chicken wrap and fries. With a drink order of summertime strawberry and mango slush.My kiddo had a kids meal of 2 chicken strips, fries, chocolate milk and ice cream cone dipped in chocolate.Everything was very fresh, timely and delicious.Besides the fact that the cheeseburger and chicken wrap were small, it was value for money and we would definitely visit again!
