The employees here are careless and lack customer service skills.I’ve occasionally get my eyebrows waxed here. When I went in today there were 4 ladies there. None of them were busy and yet none of them seemed interested in taking me as a client. I should’ve took this as a sign and left. But I decided to stay and now my eyebrows are completely ruined. The right one is WAY thinner and has no arch she completed ruined the shape…I would think twice before getting your brows waxed here. It’s either that they don’t know what they are doing or they just don’t care.

Normally I have really great experiences here. Today was not the same! One of my eyebrows completely lost its shape. The other eyebrow is like have gone. There is a bunch of hair left. It makes me sad because I love this place

My friend and I were at the store for our ear piercings. The Indian girl that was doing our piercings had acrylic nails and she didn't look experienced. She was nice but she was not experienced. It was my first time so I felt that after my ears were pierced she had a difficult time putting the earring on due to her nails. The second piercing I had was actually more painful then the first one. When my friend was getting hers done my friend had to put the earring on herself because the employee couldn't do it! And while this Indian girl was struggling a second employee was sitting there doing nothing to help her. While my friend was getting tended to I asked the second employee if she could give me a eye liner tutorial. She looked at me like I'm a freaking alien. I explained that I saw the tutorial service on their site and she was like you need to make an appointment for that. The freaking store was empty! She signed us up while taking our payments but she didn't even tell us about the facial service. While the Indian girl was nice but lacking experience the second employee was a queen B.

I went in for a 2nd piercing on my ear and Tetiana was the one who helped me. She was awesome, she took her time and had great suggestions! You don’t have to book an appointment which is convenient and it was a very clean space.

We got our one year old daughter's ears pierced at this location and Jill was amazing. She was very professional and friendly. We requested her to do both ears at same time when another employee (Sam) came to assist and they did a wonderful job. Highly recommend.

I did my daughter's piercing there. Tatiana is wonderful. She was so calm and comforting that my daughter did not even cry. My daughter gained by looking at Tatiana's attitude. She is awesome with kids.

I recently had my ears pierced by Oksana and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Not only was the process quick and painless, but Oksana was also incredibly knowledgeable and patient in answering all of my questions. She is a very interesting person and made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to get their ears pierced.

We had a horrible experience elsewhere trying to get our daughter ears pierced and Lata was recommended to us but I was still iffy and nervous. Regardless we went to see her and she was fantastic! She showed us the different earring options, how she would do it everything. She was very clean and thorough. It took no time for both ears and they were perfect. This post is a little late its been about 6 months and the piercings are still perfect. They havent moved and they never got infected either. They stayed clean and healed in no time. Thank you so much Lata for doing such an incredible job.

We had my baby girls ears pierced at 4 months and it was a perfect experience! Jill went above and came in a little early (although my other person cancelled til the next day... So sorryyyyyy! I so wish I had a way to get ahold of you!!) But she was amazing, and so fun. She made sure there was no doubt on the placement and there was only a few seconds of fussing. We are in love with the results!
