Nikki was absolutely amazing with my 5 year old daughter. She was incredibly patient, and made sure my daughter knew that she was in control and could say stop at anytime. She took the time to explain everything she was doing, and helped my daughter feel at ease when she was nervous. It took a bit of convincing to do her second ear, but Nikki did not rush her at all. 10/10 would recommend for your kiddos. Absolutely worth the extra money to have it done right the first time!

Nikki was absolutely wonderful and took great care of my friends and I who all got piercings at the buy one get one free bday sale!! I was nervous about getting another nostril piercing to match my other side because I didn’t want it to be crooked, and it’s perfect!! She used a MEASURING TOOL to make it super precise!! She did a 2 eyebrow piercings, lobes, a navel and a nostril back to back for us and all of them turned out perfect. The ladies at the front desk were super helpful too!!

I got anti tragus and daith at this location with Nikki. 4 stars to Nikki, her apprentice, and one other employee I interacted with briefly. Very friendly and comfortable vibe. Nikki was fast as she could be with the piercing itself. I talk a little more when I'm nervous and both Nikki and her sweet apprentice chatted back, making me feel comfortable and we had a few laughs.Minus the 1 star for the front of house employee. :( I've worked customer service/retail many years, including managerial positions. This employee seems to lack necessary people skills... not just with customers but with fellow employees. I came in with a smile and a hello, I was met with a sour, unimpressed stare from the front house employee. There was an employee beside her, who ended up saying hello (probably to end the awkward moment?)So I proceeded with the friendly one. Told her my name, she confirmed what I booked and we briefly talked about how I might not get all 3 piercings I booked, depending on what Nikki recommended. Friendly employee then *started* to continue checking me in, asked for I.D etc, but was met with a nasty look from the other girl, in which she then says sorry" to and quickly left the desk area.So I'm back to the first employee who up until now hasn't spoken to me. I give her my I.D

i loved getting my nose pierced here! i’ve never gotten a face piercing before and i have a really bad pain tolerance (i tend to flinch at almost everything), and this experience was so clean and professional (and also very quick and easy). i would definitely recommend getting it here, especially if you’ve never gotten a face piercing before. gray pierced my nose and they are incredible! very resourceful and super calming. they helped with my nerves so i recommend them! love this place :)

So, my daughter got her belly button pierced here a couple weeks ago. We are not sure if it is infected or rejecting, or what it is, but I wanted to ring her in to have someone look at it and tell us what we should do, or what is going on. So I called, because we called to make an appointment to have the piercing done. What I would expect in this situation, is to have them say, yes absolutely, bring her in as soon as you can and we will make time to look after the work we have done. What I got was, nope we don't have time to look at it today, when is another time you can bring her in? ummmm... excuse me? The piercer (I will update later with her name because I can't remember it) gave us her instagram and said we could contact her directly there if we had any questions or issues and she would get back to us, Well, she hasn't. I'm not happy. If you want to get pierced, go somewhere reputable and safe which is where I am taking my daughter to get this looked at. This place better hope that it is not something they did. Not at all impressed. If you want to poke holes in people, you should make sure that you will make yourself available to help take care of those holes if issues should arise.

I brought in my 12-year-old daughter that was a mixture of very nervous and very excited to have her nose pierced finally after humming and hawing for over a year. They even got us in earlier than our appointment. Nikki took fabulous care of her and even allowed my daughters friend ( and family) to watch live on FaceTime. Nikki was so sweet and patient. Highly recommend her!

went in on a whim as I was passing by to see if they’d accept walk in piercings, and they got me in within minutes! Madison was professional, clean, and walked me through the whole process all while being fun, welcoming and distracting while the needle was going in! I’m super pleased with their service and would recommend Madison for anyone looking to get pierced.

Knowledgeable staff and super helpful. Tried to sell me a piercing package but when I asked if it was actually worth it, the staff member was honest and said probably not for my needs. Very grateful that they didn't try to push the sale anyway. Only bummer was that they were out of a piercing style I wanted and had to get another shape.
