I'm not sure why this is recommended. Cold flavourless gravy, stale fries. I'll go to A&W for better. Just avoid this place.

potatoes are always overcooked and in small chips and very hard. Eggs are never done properly as per requested and last time I had to call because the egg was raw.

Perfect spot for pure vegetarians in Quebec city! Ask for Veggie burger and veggie poutine. Both do not have simulated meat flavours, fish, egg or meat. Ice creams and cheese are to die for!

Ordered by phone ahead of time and was told that it would be ready. Arrived and waited over twenty minutes while others got served only to see that my order never was passed and was still at the cash register. Getting my money back was hell too. Never going back nor will I recommend it to anyone. They just lost an otherwise loyal and regular customer.

The food was terrible: French fries were cold and mushy and the cheeseburgers cold and tasted like rubber. It was as if the food was cooked hours before and just thrown in the microwave for a few seconds. The only reason it's not a 1 star review is because the onion rings were fresh and crispy. What a disappointment!
