I went into M&E looking for an ergonomic chair since I didn't want to buy a new high end chair at full price. The chairs that they sell here are VERY good condition and come with a 5 year warranty. I left very satisfied with a Steelcase Leap V2 and it really looks brand new. Great customer service and knowledge from Muhammad. I highly recommend them & will definitely be coming back

They were very clear with the costs, kept us up to date on the lead time and delivered them even earlier than expected. I am very pleased with my experience with this company. The are very organized and prompt in responding to emails and calls. We ordered a reception desk for the clinic and it was delivered and installed with ease at exactly the date and time we were promised. What I also admired about this company was their flexibility in adjusting to our working business hours - Highly recommend them!

None of the regular furniture stores had desk sizes and options like this place, I was looking for a more functional setup for my home office. Fabrizio was very helpful and patient as I looked over and pondered various setups available from the manufacturers they work with. Once ordered I was fortunate all the items were in stock and I had my desk delivered and assembled in 48 hours. Happy with my purchase and overall experience.

Really amazing service and good quality stuff!I've dealt with a lot of furniture people & movers recently after moving homes and offices, and these guys are amazing. The office furniture selection they offer is great, they have loads of stuff on clearance, they are helpful and responsive to e-mails, and they show up on time for delivery AND installation. Most seem to just leave you to deal with it.

Worst experience of life.Good product, Reasonable price but service pathetic. I would rather buy expensive furniture than to be treated in such a way.Muhammad if you could have just taken 2 mins out of your time to at least try or made an effort I would have thanked you but instead you screamed.Thanks for the worst experience you gaveI can't reply to your review but will add more to my review I did ask for assembly & installation service at cost at earliest & requested if you could try & do it very day but instead you denied at my face. you said you won't even make an effort or try to connect with your installation team if they could try & do it. I was not expecting yes but wanted you try & give it a shot but the in return I received rude behavior.
