Amazing staff! Helpful, informative, and wonderful atmosphere. One of our rescue kitties poos himself when he is anxious and the front desk noticed. She immediately came over to ask if I would like her to clean him and his cage up while I waited for my appointment. The pricing is reasonable, and they accommodated a last minute appointment. Moved all my pets here.

**Update: after receiving a follow up message below, I also received a VM for an appointment the following day. Unfortunately we had a family emergency so we had our appointment 2 weeks later. Staff was very friendly during our visit, and they were very busy with a number of other patients waiting to be seen for their appointments. They did have a couple of emergencies earlier in the day, so we had to wait 45 minutes before going into a room. However once we were seen, we were in & out pretty quickly. Staff was very apologetic & still pleasant, dispute the hectic day they were having.Original post: Been trying to get ahold of them for over 3 weeks. Their website says they’re accepting new patients and have been trying to switch to this vet for our dog. Emailed them coming up 3 weeks ago and haven’t received a follow up email or call. Will go else where.

From my first phone call, to the actual office visit with my injured dog, everyone was kind and accommodating. My dog left feeling better and I received follow-up instructions for him. I am very pleased with the service we received today!

This place is poor at communications. Over book and extreme waits!!!!!!We left an hour after our timing still unseen. Dogs were stressed. Wish I could give a zero star rating.

The staff are so kind, and really nice to all the animals that go there. Thank you for helping the animals, The staff help so much with help our pets health.

My first time coming to our new clinic for my 2 boys. Staff was very friendly,easy going and of course love the doggies!! Very informative, as I had a few questions. Really enjoyed the visit, look forward to the future appointments! Thank you ladies!!

I had such a great experience here, first off I got my appointments, mixed up and cancelled the one at this location when I meant to cancel another vet appointment in Kanata. The woman at the front desk was awesome and super helpful, the vet got my dog in for a check up and shots despite my mistake. They were really great with handling my dog Mexi and I’m really happy I found this vet. Thank you so much.

They do not care about last clients if you no longer bring your pet there. I called for weeks to get my records sent to my current vet with no phone call back. Then I finally get a hold of somebody after trying multiple times through the a 4 week span. The said they would send the records over on Monday as I had an appointment with my new vet Friday. They never sent anything over and now I have to wait until Monday after because they aren't open Fridays. Costing me more time and time off work to go to the vet again because they didn't have his records. Extremely inconvenienced and they do not care because I am no longer a client giving them money.

The absolute best compassionate service I've ever recieved in animal care. Highly recommend this service
