They said they accept new patients on email but when i went there they denied very rudely. I called them to confirm theydon’t answer the phone. I went there early morning for nothing. Also, when i ask anything only answer I got is they don’t know. When i asked how much would be approximate wait time for the family doctor appointment, the lady said she does not know it could be 4 months or it could be 46 months. Very rude!!

Best decision to switch to this doctor!! the receptionist is amazing and will call you back instantly if they don’t pick up the phone, the doctors also amazing and does such an amazing job with check ups with my kids would definitely recommend if anybody would want a new family doctor to come here!

worst clinic. i would give negative if possible.1. part-time doctors work minimum hours, work enough to live a luxurious life. check the hours of individual doctors and you would know what i mean. Doctors are so new have no clue what the patients are talking about. But oh wait.2. Reception : when you are in person, if after giving my health card she asks are you registered in the clinic. (the answer is yes). But after pulling my info using my health card she still cannot tell I am patient of the clinic or not and have to ask me, there are some serious issues.Oh and if you show up in person , or if you are calling and no one is picking up. Here's the reason why, girl at the reception is answering her own calls on her personal phone.Recommendation: Stay away.Analysis by doctor: negativecustomer service: negative

They said will take new patients in March when I called couple months ahead. I kept calling every once a while to check the waitlist, and when I call the other day they just told me they have no idea when they will take new patients; plus there will be new patients be transferred to this location??? I’m really confused about how you guys take new patients and how’s this waitlist works? Waste of my time for waiting this long. For whoever’s still waiting just try somewhere else, don’t waste your time.

Decided to switch my family doctor and I was so happy I did. Dr. Siva made me very comfortable as it was my first time visiting her. She was very patient and was able to address any concerns. Looking forward to my future visits!

Doctor Siva is one of the best family physician in the GTA. He is incredibly patient, knowledgeable and takes his time with his patients. He goes through all the reports and tests throughly with his patients. I would highly recommend Dr.Siva to anyone who is looking for a good and reliable physician. The receptionist (amza) is incredibly nice and patient. She always follows up with the patients when we have question or concerns!

Today I had my first visit with Dr. Santhiya and it was a delight. Dr. Santhiya immediately made me feel verycomfortable and it felt as if she had been my doctor for years. I am very happy to have found a primary care physician that I feel I can trust and connect with. And Hamza (secretary) was also very helpful and very cheerful person.

The doctors are wonderful, but the woman at the front desk is the meanest medical receptionist I've ever dealt with. Very rude. Rude to the point that I have had to find a new doctor for my entire family. We missed an appointment due to her not doing her job (in the past we received reminders via text and confirmation emails upon booking the appointment WHICH WE DID NOT GET FOR THE APPOINTMENT IN QUESTION) she then proceeded to call my husband (who did not book the appointment) and guilted him for missing the appointment. I feel that is extremely unprofessional. AGAIN THE DOCTORS ARE WONDERFUL. SUPPORT STAFF SUCKS

Dr. Siva is the best family doctor we have ever met. He is not only very professional and knowledgeable, but also caring and patient. He is great at communicating with his patients. We feel so lucky that we can be taken care by Dr. Siva. The receptionist Anza is always very polite and helpful. Thank you Dr. Siva and Anza!

I have had the pleasure to have met both Dr. Sanmugathas and Dr. SIva. Dr. Siva is very patient and kind. He listens and explains to any concerns I have thoroughly. He will break it down for me to help me understand the issue better. Dr. Sanmugathas is also very understanding and takes the time to listen. She has very calming nature.At the front, Amza is awesome! She is professional and makes the effort to get you an appointment right away. There have been two instances where I have required an appointment on short notice and she makes the effort to accommodate.
