Lady at the drive thru today at 11.52pm had the worst attitude I've seen in customer service. She didn't want to deal with us at all you could tell in her voice. Should pickup the morning shifts moving forward and not the nightshigts

Ordered a triple triple and it tastes more like more cream than anything I know some of them push like an extra large and then another button but that is way too much cream you should be doing it properly that's the way the Machines are made for now cuz I'm disabled and had my neighbor go for this coffee I can't get up there to exchange it

The staff was fast & courteous, not like some places where walk in customers are second rate to the drive thrus. The food was nicely made, not sloppy with sauce. The place was super clean & someone wiped down the tables & chairs as well as the exterior doors while I was there. Definitely the nicest Tim's I've been in for a long time.

I didn't order food so I couldn't give a rating. Very nice to sit inside. No outside tables/seating. The drive-thru was very busy. The tea was good and hot. If you love peaches, the peach drink was delicious.

Not sure what’s going on with the brand but let me tell you it’s been very disappointing. It’s unbearable lately. Tim Hortons take a good look in the mirror. Something is going in the wrong direction.

Electronic payment wasn't working in drive-thru today which happens but please put signage stating that at the entrance of the drivethru. Waited almost 20min in drive-thru just to leave with nothing. Went to Subway for lunch instead.

Good service by most employees... but some need a little push to move faster... and the bathrooms should Be cleaned more often and a bit better

Slow service, usually get your order wrong unless you wait in line and practically micromanage them as they prepare your order.They need to clear out the homeless people, they degrade the restaurant to a 1 star.

I like the part about it is they got Wi-Fi that makes me really happy as well as the food sometimes it's good sometimes it wasn't done the right way I want it done Bob you know what I mean

Unfortunately this Tims is just slow to begin with.Having to repeat an order2 times after saying it to 2 different attendants while in-between serving the clients at the window simultaneously. You would think they would have your full attention when they say can I take your order pls ,not the case, their speaking with the client at the window only to come back and say can you repeat that pls so again 1 Med coffee 2 sugar 3rd time and this was not my first visit,I frequent this location when Iam out that way.
