Worst building EVER!!! Don't go on the fancy & pretty outlook. Worst management. flooded twice in a year. Elevator didn't work for 2 weeks no one bothered to fix it. Fire alarm always ringing, water problems no hot water or cold water at times. They also run the AC according to the building so usually in day its not working but automatically starts working after work hours. My apartment constantly smelled like weed from the neighbours next door running a prostitution ring. No joke. & DO NOT rent from a guy named Charan. The guy has no sense of responsibility, manners or decency. Only interested in his own money. This is for 4099 brickstone mews.

Awful soundproofing; expect to hear babies crying and music blaring from your unit. Fire alarm frequently going off, usually in the middle of the night. Elevators are always breaking down; expect to wait 10-15 minutes. Amenities are very modern, but pool is often closed, broken machines in the gym take weeks to fix. High rental/short term lease rate. AVOID.

I temporary stay here and I love this place. The building satff was very helpful.

Best place to live in Mississauga

Worst building ever!Always smells like garbage & cigarettes (or even weed).Fire alarm triggers whenever it wants. Usually at night. And f**king concierge says that it a false alarmDon't live here

Very good place to stay for short periods of time if you like living in houses. Upper floors have great views.
