Our trailer had an electrical issue that was cutting power from half of our trailer , days before our camping trip . I called Nick and he came out and fixed it that afternoon ! So happy with the service .Thanks again Nick !

Would not return calls even after physically driving to the shop and speaking to someone who worked there. This person said he would let him know we were there and would ask him to call us. Nothing!!

Paid to air unit fixed twice. Nothing wrong with it I was told. Just clean the vent. Did that still nothing. Paid someone else. Fixed and cold air in hours. If they don't know how to fix something they could tell you and not take your money!!

While camping in Niagara Falls, over 5 hours from home, we had a serious problem with the hydraulics on our motorhome. We discovered on the day we were to check out and head home that our levelling jacks would not retract and three of our four slide-outs were stuck in the out position.Although he was extremely busy Nick made time for us late on a Sunday. He arrived a bit earlier than promised and worked well into the night to help us get mobile. Although he didn't have the parts to repair the hydraulics, he fully diagnosed the problem so that our technician back home can quickly fix the hydraulics once he orders the necessary parts.Nick manually lifted the jacks and tied them in the up position, then pushed in the slides and went back to his shop where he built wooden retaining blocks to hold the slides in position while we drove home.We arrived home just one day late, thankful that Nick had been there to help us.If you're looking for mobile RV repairs in the Niagara Falls area we certainly recommend Nick and his staff at Queensway Mobile RV Repairs.

My first experience with Nick was great, he was honest and straight to the point. I’ve had his employee look at a few things needing repair at opening season in early May 2021 and have been trying to get a quote ever since, it’s now early June. No call/text/email back, so I’m less then thrilled with his company right now.
