We thought our bike was going to the junk yard but Adam over here is a bike saviour. He fixed it super quickly. Last year, he fixed my son's bike as well and we had no problem after that. Highly recommend ! 5+ stars

The bike guy was nice enough to come and pick my bike right up from my place. A day later he came right back and dropped it off and did an excellent job. It hasn't Road as good since new, everything works great!

Super accommodating service, he even picked up our bikes from the hotel we were staying at, and had 4 bikes all tuned up by noon the next day.Fast, friendly service. Would highly recommend!

Adam is absolutely fantastic. He agreed to take a look at my bike even though he had a very busy week, and not only took a look at it when I went to drop it off, but made the time to fix it on the spot and has my bike up and running last minute for my trip to Revelstoke when none of the shops in town would entertain the idea of looking at it for a few weeks. I will solely be bringing my bike to Adam from now on as he is very knowledgeable about bikes and explained things to me about my bike that I didn't know and fixed a few other things he noticed along the way as well. Adam replied to my first message instantly. He came over to pick up the bike and within a few days the full tune up was complete. I received a detailed write up of all the work he completed on the bike. The bike was returned within a week. He is punctual, efficient, honest and cares about his work and the service he provides. His pricing is reasonable. If he doesn’t know the answer, he’ll tell you as much, go research and come back to you. I started off with one bike and within a short period Adam has looked at a further five of our bikes, including kids bikes. They all needed a bit of something doing, I am happy to say Adam has got us all confidently set up for summer biking. I will definitely use him as our ongoing, regular bike guy.

Adam picked and dropped off my wife's e-bike directly from our home. Extremely quick turn around as 1 day later we received the bike back fully tuned. The bike rides better than when it was new! Adam was a pleasure to deal with! We were able to schedule the pick up of our bikes around our schedule and then he dropped them (4 bikes) all off the next day so our riding was virtually not affected. He took the time to write detailed notes about everything he did and what to look out for in the future as well as what the condition of the brakes, tires, chains, etc were. He even ensured all of our suspension was set up properly for our whole family. Awesome service and awesome guy!

From our first inquiry with BVBG we loved his vibe, knowledgeable and chill. We gave him 7 bikes in various conditions to give the once over too. Adams communication regarding his thoughts on the scope of work came quickly and permission was sought for any parts needing replacement. Our bikes were returned with a quick turnaround and with a message regarding what was done to each one. We especially appreciated Adams suggestions on the life span remaining on certain high ware parts and his opinions on not spending any money on certain things.Who returns a dirty bike clean!!
