My wife and I went to this establishment yesterday and had one of the worst customer service experiences in our lives!!!! We had went there regarding a gift certificate my wife had received from her father that she unfortunately misplaced. Since is a small local business we didn’t think there were going to be any issues because they could easily look it up and see it was not used. The women that was waiting on us did find the record of the certificate and proceeded to call her parents who are the owners to see how to proceed. When she got of the phone she proceeded to tell us that without our copy there is nothing she can do. We obviously were confused and wanted to discuss this further to come up with some reasonable solution. My father in law is retired and we didn’t want his money to go waste!! After about 2 minutes of trying to have a discussion with this person she proceeded to ask us to leave and rudely kicked us out of the store lick we were dirt. Never in my life have I ever been treated or have seen anyone else treated like this. This establishment has decided they are going to penalize us for any honest mistake and STEAL my father in laws money. I am still in SHOCK!!!!!

This is a gem of a place. Great, unique treasures to be found every time I go in. Love that this is a family owned business. They are always so friendly and helpful. If you have not been in yet you really need to stop in.

I received a firetruck much earlier than expected and it is everything I wanted staff friendly and helped me with the transaction ,Canada post driver was great I opened the box and showed it to him and he liked as well. Thanks again I will be ordering again.

New location is beautiful!! Great decor, lots to choose from and friendly staff. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone.
