Identity Tattoo and Piercing

I got two piercings done here and it was such an amazing and pleasant experience! Alex and Derek are super patient and fun to talk to! They took their time discussing what piercings would work best for me and gave good recommendations on the jewelry. Super cool that they also make their own jewelry! Alex did a great job with the piercings, he was really thorough and fun to talk to throughout - made the pain feel better :)

I had two piercings through cartilage done yesterday, and had an amazing experience!First off, the shop accommodated a last minute booking, which was fantastic. When I arrived, I was a bit anxious because I haven't had a cartilage piercing before, but they quickly put me at ease. The staff went over the jewelry best suited for the piercings, suggested an alternative placement of the piercing locations (different than what I went in for and definitely an improvement over my idea!) and wouldn't pierce me until they had thoroughly reviewed the procedure, risks, and aftercare, and made sure I was giving informed consent. Every step of the process was explained thoroughly, and I was kept in the loop throughout the entire experience.I actually went in hoping for three piercings (my thought was to get them all done at once so they can heal at the same time), but the staff explained why it wouldn't be in my best interest to go full ham all at once. They had my health in mind over what they could charge me.All in all, an absolutely fantastic experience. I can see why this shop is so highly rated. Great guys there, with top notch professionalism, passion, and compassion. I'm looking forward to my check up in a few weeks, and to future piercings as well!

Two of my friends and I went in for our own piercings. We booked online but I made a mistake with the booking - but Alex and Derek were so accommodating! They were very pleasant and super knowledgeable about the procedures, aftercare and available jewelry. Alex and Derek are very professional and super amazing to talk to. Alex is hilarious and very efficient doing 3 piercings, and two jewelry changeouts in 45 mins - 10/10 would get another piercing from this shop!

Had Remy do 2 tattoos for me this morning and love -love-love the way they turned out. Who knew a tattooing could feel almost painless! Remy took my ideas and morphed them into workable designs for the placement selected. Already thinking about what to do next.

I had to remove new ear studs and couldn’t put them back in. I was afraid the holes had closed up. I went to Identity and was immediately welcomed by the friendliest people. They put the studs back and did not charge me!I will be going back there to select some of their beautiful in-house jewelry.Place is professional and spotlessly clean. I would use this business for my further piercing needs.

I came here for the first time on Thursday to get my tattoo touched up by Hanna. I was immediately welcomed as soon as I walked in by somebody behind the reception desk. The first thing I noticed was how clean the place was. Everything was neat and organized, clear, and clean! The decor, high ceiling, big windows for natural light, and music in the background really set the tones for this shop. I had a lovely talk with Hanna yet again while she did the touch up.I came back yesterday for an eyebrow piercing. I was unsure whether or not this particular piercing would be suitable for my face. But Alex assured me that everything would be fine. He and everyone else there made me feel very welcomed and comfortable throughout the whole process. The piercing barely hurt and Alex did an amazing job! I will definitely booking for another piercing soon. The experience was incredible and I will definitely be recommending my friends.Another thing I'd like to note is the chemistry between all the staff. They all seem to have a great friendship and they make their clients feel like they belong. Thank you for giving me a great experience, I will be coming back! <3

Got my dermal collarbone piercing here. They got me in within hours of calling, they really explained everything in depth, gave really good recommendations and the shop is very clean and well kept up with. Also a lot better pricing compared to other places I looked into. Alex did my piercing, he is such a solid dude you’ll wanna go back just to chill with him lol. Derick was also awesome and I had a great experience here.Will be recommending to friends as well as returning for sure! Thanks guys!!
