After a long day at the Toronto Zoo we decided to drop by for Dinner. Soltan was amazing with our 2 youngsters, being patient and giving them exactly what they wanted. Food was great and he even helped them choose their cookies as a treat.He was very professional, while still making our boys laugh and making them feel special.

I regularly dine at Subway in Markham and overall have a positive experience.The restaurant offers a variety of subs, sandwiches, and salads. The ingredients are mostly fresh and the staff is always friendly.The restaurant is a bit old, but it is kept in an acceptable condition.Everything tastes as you would expect from a Subway. One of the major advantage of this location is the ample free parking available.

I just ordered a sub from here, and the guy working there was making it. When he was cashing me out - he took my 20$ bill, then he blew his nose in a tissue and then gave me my change back. That is disgusting and a major health concern . He charged me 16$ for a sub and I ended up throwing the sub in the garbage. I lost my appetite and was grossed out. Will not be returning to this location. I will be contacting head office about this issue.

Since when were tips charged on a “to go” order? It’s disgusting that they just added that to your payment without asking for permission. It’s a fast food chain! Not some fancy restaurant, stop doing the shady stuff!

Had a lovely conversation with the owner Sema. Such a kind polite customer oriented person. Love the fact that they carry all of the vegetables and condiments. Some other subways decide to cut costs but she definitely cares about customer service!

Just walked out of this location. 18 maybe 20 yr old boy was at the front when I walked in, and looked like he had washed in 3 day. He was sneezing and coughing a bit. No mask on and asked me what I wanted. I said you're sick, and no mask while you serving. He said yeap

I had such a terrible experience my first time I was there because of the elderly lady. Promised not to go there ever again. After couple of years I thought I give it a second chance. The young guys (sons) were working and I had a totally different experience. They were accommodating and generous. However, during my latest visit, the lady was there again. She seems to lower the bar for this place. Only go there when the sons are working.

We came in fairly late, not knowing if they were gonna be open or not. The woman working there was closing but told us to rush in for last orders. She was very helpful and nice. The food was as great as subway always is.

Ordered a cold cut combo and paid but thought the price seemed high. Checked the receipt and it was 9.99 but the sign board says 9.29. Asked the person there and he said Thanks for noticing". No apology
