Decided it was time for a new phone after letting my contract run out ages ago. Madison was so helpful & got me set up with an affordable plan, and saved me money where she could. I definitely recommend going to see her for all your new phone needs!

Had an interaction with sales representative named Cole. Very friendly and personable, knew his facts and was able to give me the best rate possible plus a brand new phone. He was able to answer all my questions professionally and never once made me feel pressured and made sure I knew all the details and options.. Fantastic sales rep.

Avi G helped me with a problem today that has been going on for 8 months with my phone.very smart man.BUT anytime I have a question about my android I drive from mission to this telus store because every single one of the staff have been friendly, patient and helpful ( even though) no one could figure out why my texts say not sent" sometimes.i even CALLED telus 5 times and they tried everything .Avi said it's a newer problem and knew exactly why it was so confusing.i recommend this store every time !"

Went to get new phones for my wife & I. Avi finally pressured us into getting cable TV after I said no 6 times, assuring us our bill be cheaper with cable....its not.... Spent 3 hours on hold and with 3 different agents , 2 more visits to Avi at the store to set up cable tv......Got new phones which run way worse than the old ones. Avi also knew that phone cases & screen protectors were not available for this model anywhere in our city. Avi never offered extended warranty on my phone. (We have 6 kids, always get extended warranty). Dropped my phone the whole screen shattered. Went back to Avi he says he does not remember if he offered us the warranty.... I am out $1000.xx phone, Avi says that I need to repair at my own cost. Complete denial of any responsibility to us. He said Koodo would email me in 4-5 days with possible help. NO emails or any response 2 weeks later. NEVER AGAIN.
