We are working through a rough situation at a home we recently purchased, and Scott and his team helped us navigate the unexpected mold remediation. Scott was honest and kind, and treated us like family before work started and throughout the process. He helped us determine a plan, timeline, and budget that worked for us. Communication was great. We felt like we could ask questions and we always knew what was happening at our house. Scott's team worked diligently to complete the work in the time frame we'd agreed upon. They did a good job of keeping the site clean as well.

From sales guy, Kody, to all of the on-site employees, they all know what they are doing and are all professional and have all the right equipment/machines. Our basement looks and smells fabulous where before was an ugly problem. I challenge you to find a better price. We suspect that some big name companies price for insurance coverage, but these guys give fair prices for homeowners on their own dime.

We had AdvantaClean remove mold in our house recently. Scott, the owner, was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Cody, team lead, Jeremy and Tony were prompt, thorough, and efficient. If you need mold removal, don't hesitate to use this crew.

AdvantaClean transformed my large basement area. Scott did a thorough job evaluating what was needed and gave clear explanation. Dan and Cody were superb in the hard work they did to totally clean, treat, paint walls with sealant, floors painted as well and put in blown insulation around entire perimeter. They tore out a mold ridden basement bathroom and also tore out a large drywall ceiling that had tiles glued to it. They sealed off the basement for safety while they worked and took everything out the lower level walkout door and carried it around to a dumpster in the driveway. They worked quickly and efficiently, putting in long days. Dan and Cody were courteous and willing to answer my questions. I am so relieved to have a clean basement/lower level now. I purchased the house in January. The house was in need of updating. I am thankful my nephew referred me to AdvantaClean. I offer them my highest recommendation.

We were in a tight timeframe and Scott from AdvantaClean was able to hit our deadline and deliver a reasonable invoice to remedy the mold situation we were up against. Everyone we had contact with (Zach, Dan, Marty, Erik) was very customer service oriented, professional, capable, and responsive. We had their entire 4 step process done and we feel it was well with worth it. My wife and I were very pleased and we both have high expectations of people who do work on our home.

Avantaclean did an amazing job helping us with mold abatement and replacing our three car garage ceiling. It was quite a job but Scott kept us informed every step of the way…great communication. Scott also had access to the people we needed to get the garage back to code and contacted them for us and set up dates. In addition everyone went out of their way to keep the mess to a minimum. Great experience….if you HAVE to deal with mold…they are the best!!!!

I would highly recommend AdvantaClean for any water damage/mold issues that you have! We called for water damage over the weekend, and they sent out someone first thing Monday morning (non-emergency issue). The process was extremely organized, competitive pricing, and friendly service. We cannot say enough great things about their employee - Dan! He was five-stars, amazing to work with! He was very professional, took tons of before/after photos, communicated with us each step of the way, and was always available to reach out to with additional questions.
