Friendly staff. Only had to wait an hour for tires to be switched over. Chairs to wait in were comfy. They have free coffee for customers.

I not often leave bad reviews but I feel I must here! It took 4 hours to get winter tires put on my Honda, change coolant, and check my windows?That isn't even the worst part...then the bill was nearly a 800.00 I'm a healthcare worker, I had one day off to get my errands done, nearly missed my dental appointment at 3:30 when my car appointment was 11am. This should have taken half the time and been no more than half that price.I'd recommend Napa AutoPro or Franco's if people need car maintenance, car anything done really. Don't make the same mistake I did! You'll save yourself roughly 450 dollars by going elsewhere!

It was horrible service. Tyson the Manager is a terrible manager. He is dismissive of customers complaints. Tyson does not stand by thier product Kamloops Honda often pressures customers to make expensive needles repairs. Kamloops Honda has made unauthorised repairs and has stolen parts from our vehicles without permission. My advice is to run from Kamloops Honda and never look back

So helpful! Had a serious issue with my Element while visiting Kamloops and though booked solid, they brought me in immediately, diagnosed and fixed it (temporarily) and got me underway. No charge! Highly recommended!

On a road trip. Car making horrible noise. They squeezed us in and solved problem quickly and cheaply. So relieved! We thought we were looking at staying the night in a hotel and paying over $1,000

Excellent customer service!!! We were driving through town and had car troubles and Honda Kamloops went above and beyond. The courtesy car shuttle driver is a real sweetheart too. Thanks Kamloops Honda, you are awesome!

They were friendly and knowledgeable and got the job done in the end. But it took a couple days to get a needed part, and a hiccup where they delayed starting some work because of lack of warranty information; they should have cleared that up and communicated better.
