Very kind staff and lovely staff.

Everyone are nice except for one of the receptionist in the front desk. I phoned her that I will be late in my appoinment and she told me it was fully booked and everything and that i have to wait or cancel my appoinment but then i still go inside to check and found out that there was no one there and that we're the only patient. She's using her advantage just because she can manipulate it or something and one of the bad thing too is that she talked to her co-worker loudly enough for me to hear what she did to me. Hope they re evaluate their employee and they will do something about it. I studied nursing and I know those kind of attitude are not ok for all of health facilities. That's all.

Made me feel uneasy on my first visit there this evening.The Nurse's demeanor was very matter of fact, very condescending.I'm fully aware of my body, my oral health and all so I dont need a Nurse to pre-screen and judge me the way she did.She was telling me what to do but couldnt tell me why? I wasnt there for a diagnosis. Plus I was given no evidence based medical advice.She just insisted I go for a check up and because I'm 35 I should go and find out why im getting migraines, when I specifically said to her I don't get them often, only sometimes on my menstrual cycle and that is not unusual. I really didn't need the worry. I only came for birth control pills, not to be scrutinized and judged sheesh.

Very helpful team. Nurse was able to answer.concern questions regarding my babys health. Free weight and height measurement for baby.

We are expected to be on time and schedule but everyone there hasn't even started as they r busy chatting. If an appointment is at 9 and you are first there, dont expect to get in despite that till another 30 min.We have staff coming in at 9 with a bicycle and spending an hour to store the bike, shower and get dressed in between all the patients around.Milking it and taking their time is what happens here

Very nice experience. I always came here for my son's immunization. For our recent visit we were served by nurse Nicole. She was so kind and polite. Best person I have ever met in healthcare.Explained everything very well.

Last month my babies appointment for vaccinations shots all nurses are very helpful very respectful and trained staff

Not at all satisfied with the service. It was a 40minute appointment but the staff didnot gave enough time to respond to my concerns. There were some vaccine due for my baby so as a mom I was worried regardinh multiple shots and even there was confusion regarding vaccines as some of the vaccines were not done in Canada. I didnot want to argue on medical matters or anything I was just worried about baby. Finally he gave the shots and it was not at all gentle. I heard from my neighbors that their kids got vaccinated here so gently and they take time to comfort them. I don't know whether he was mad and did that because I was arguing about some vaccine repetition. Anyways I will never ever go to this location with my baby .

Very Rude female staff. Did not even respond to my Good morning" greeting. Her voice was full of attitude.BTW this was a phone conversation.Staff needs to work on their communication skills."
