Walked out the Square One location store with the best customer service I’ve ever received. Sales advisor Tanvi was super helpful, attentive, asked all the right questions and went out of her way to help us find everything we needed.

First and foremost. QE has hands down the best quilts on the market. Their tencel lyocel collection washes well, is high quality, cooling and soft to the touch.Secondly, this location is one of the best run locations QE has. I believe all their stores should model after this boutique.Nathi and Maribel are a fantastic team. Nathi is patient, understanding and pleasant. She is sincerely willing to help you find sheets, duvets, accessories, etc.She is also sweet to talk to.Maribel is an excellent leader. You will see it in the way she supports and helps her staff. She is warm and very fun loving. She makes herself available to help customers even on her days off, she is dependable to the extent that the staff can ask her for help and she guides them through POS corrections.I will probably stick to shopping at this location, the staff really are helpful and the buying experience is wonderful. It’s also encouraging to spend money when you treated well.Hats off to you two, Maribel and Nathi!

Tanvi was really helpful at Square One Mississauga location. She provided me great service with smiling face and helped me finding matching comforter and bedding set. The Size of bedding set I chose was not available and she helped me order the perfect size. She was humble and polite. Liked Tanvi for her service.
