Windsor Aesthetic Laser

* I purchased Aquafolia Soothing Cleansing Essence. However, I'm not planing to continue to use it !!Product dehydrated my face to the point where it peels and is very sensitive !! The Company would refuse to refund me my $ ... which I find not too professional; as a new Client I should have my rights to return the product if it made my face worse than before ?! Would NEVER recommend !! I'll report Business as a SPAM/FRAUD *

I had some growths removed on my face a few years ago and was very satisfied.

I have been here many many times to rejuvenate and and even out skin tone. After she did laser facials several times I was able to go out without any make up, concealer or anything on my face. Andreea is exceptional with her laser. I would not trust anyone else. I have been to others using same laser and other lasers as well and never got the same results. She is passionate about helping her clients to the best of her ability.

I went in to see Andrea about a few visible blood vessels on my nose. She said it would be no problem and immediately started the laser machine up. Put goggles on me etc....... She zapped my nose. (they did not disappear (maybe 30 percent better but fully came back within a month). She also suggested zapping a few on my one cheek. I was like ok". but they never bothered me. This is where I was left with indentations. Very tramatizing I called her about this and she yelled at me and blamed me and accused me of trying to pull a fast one on her. She is not approachable. I saw a dermatologist who said they were cutaneous depressions and may resolve on their own. This was a horrible experience. Please be careful when seeing her."
